Falcon
Falcon is a secret organization of underground warriors who are plotting a plan to fight against the threat know as F.E.R.R.A. Though there objective is set, they remain hidden and have a few spies in the marineford headquarters.
Each members has some kind of falcon as there sign to the alliance.
They don't hold any meetings as they are completely secretive. They communicate by letters.

Ferra Lanam
-married to James Lanam. Biological mother of Jerome Lanam, foster parent of Lake.
-She was formerly an Admiral with the ability to shoot arrows to whichever target she chooses. It has 100% accuracy. Limit of 10 uses at one time.
-Coby is her father, her mother is unknown.

Twisted Tyrant

- A warship that belongs to Vice Admiral Kuzan.
-Its one of the 10 Supreme Ships.
-There are 6 different models of the ship.
- The ship can hold 1,000 marines.
-Its only meant to be used during extreme missions
- Posses powerful canon balls and has 120 tranquilizer balls.
-Its secret weapon is the "Poseidon Punishment."
-The "Poseidon's Punishment" Is a canon that fires a blast of water that can break through steel.
-Its immense size is its weakness

Big Bang
-Original ship of the Blonde Hair Pirates
- It is approximately 15 years old.
-The ship was started by both James and Ferra when they were kids and were able to create the mass and the rudder.
- In the end, James finished the ship on his own as he lived by himself for so many years.
-It is currently used by the Crescent Moon Pirates.

Number Pirates
-3rd division Pirates that have kanji number on there foreheads. There are currently 7 division.
-1st is specialized in tactics and is a logia for lightning. Currently leading the third division
-2nd is a ice paramecia that could only change his hands into ice. He also has very strong skin.In the third division.
-3rd is flexible and a bipolar. She is also a pyro.
-4th is a giant blade wielder and very quick.In the third division.
-5th is a bubble paramecia. He is also a physco who does things for no good reason.Currently leading the fifth division.

2nd division number pirates
-1stBarrier is the smartest of the whole Number pirates even above the 1st of the 3rd division. He can levitate objects with no devil fruit ability at all.
-2nd Barrier he has a strong throwing power and he calls it javeline.
-3rdbarrier is a strong swimmer and controls waves. She can make waves appear out of thin air which allows her to use her technique, swimming.
-4thbarrier has strong kicking power, he calls it soccer though it is a very strange name for a technique.
-5thbarrier has immense strenght which allows him to carry heavy objects. He also enjoys Judo, a strange technique learned by the number pirates only
-Mood possesses the power to control the mood in the atmosphere. It doesn't work on the people he considers ally.
-Royal Guards(x4) has a massive blade that they wield like a toothpick.
-2nd division leader is unknown.
