 Soi Nécessita Engarde
Soi froze froze like the sound of nails on a chalkboard had erupted though out the room; Soi gritting his teeth slightly. "I am technically not ranked in France.... but i am the most skilled" He said contradicting himself as he spoke. "I got to the finals of the French nationals but that Damned Shinigami posed as a judge and said i attacked him, which was a bold faced lie; getting me disqualified!" He yelled, his temper flaring as it normally did when something bothered him. "He then blackmailed me and said if i didn't come here he would press charges!" He growled to Echo as she asked this.
"So i am not even Ranked, but i AM number one!" He roared defiantly knowing he could have beat any of the other people at that tournament if it wasn't for death butting in. He then went back to his steak grumbling to himself as he cut into the meat; clearly taking his frustration out on the defenseless chunk of Beef in front of him. There was a good deal of humor in the story of how he got to this school; but if you asked Soi there was NONE to be seen.

Echo
Echo almost jumped out of her seat when he started yelling. She held on tightly to the edges of the chair, She was kind of scared of his sudden outbursts of anger. 'So he was dragged here unwillingly?' she thought.''Well, I'm sorry to hear that.'' she replied raising both her hands in apology. It was then. . she finally remembered that THING she forgot to tell Soi. ''Oh, right i remember now! We DO have school today, but it's a late start. . .that gives us thirty minutes to get there, Eh.'' She said cheerfully and bolted out of her seat as fast as she could. ''PLEASEDON'TKILLMEI'MSORRY!''

"okay okay....wait.... WHAT?!?" He yelled, not angerly but more shocked. "I don care if i skip school but not the first day!" He said quickly eating the remained of his dinner almost choking once or twice. "Come on lets go" He said to Echo knowing it would take about the long just to get there. Within moments he grabbed his stuff and was out the door.

Instead of going to Deathbucks, Echo had quite literally dragged Soi back home; She was still very worried about his condition, ignoring it would have been completely selfish of her. ''We will go to Deathbucks later, when you've rested up, eh.'' She stated with a bright smile, still trying to be an encouraging partner.

"Thanks for making me a lier" He said jokingly, to Echo; His body was simply throbbing, it was fine when he had grabbed the teacher in her weapon form but the more time that passed the more his body seemed to hurt. He still didn't really know much about matching souls but from what he understood this is what happened when someone who completely mastered controlling there soul wavelength shocked you with it. "And i Said i am fine" He said sitting down on the couch looking at Echo.
"And I'm still new to all this sol wavelength stuff; but do you have any idea what the hell happened back there?" He asked looking at his hand again; he wanted to make sure what he thought had happened is what happened; And Echo most likely would know what happened. "Also, I'm going to get you your Coffee Tomorrow" He said with a light smile.

 Echo sweatdropped at his last statement. Soi was sure a persistent fellow wasn't he? ''Guess it can't be helped.''She sighed and shook her head lightly. ''What happened was simple. Elanores wave length didn't match yours. Your souls weren't resonated. . .So, it zapped you in response to that. For example. . .If somebody like Mini was to try and pick me up, it would be impossible to even budge me.'' The thought made Echo giggle a little, considering Mini's size it would be interesting to watch. She then bent over slightly and set her hand on his chest.''You and me are synced, that's why you can wield me.'' she said with a bright smile and took her hand off him, straightening her posture.''Well, i can't say we were entirely synced. . we had difficulty's at first. . nothing a little outside practice can't fix!'' Echo said with a positive look on her face. ''But, yeah. . .Most Meisters can't wield other weapons beside their own, Especially if it's a Death scythe like Elanore.'' Music box

Soi nodded as he listened to Echo speak. "Well at least i could hold her at first" He said with a faint grin. "We will get it right next time" He said then looking slightly shocked as she put her hand on his chest; a smile then growing on his face. His radical wave length calmed down a bit as she came into contact with him; the burning that the teacher put into him fading slightly as that happened. Soi stood up, and smiled. "Well its my turn to make dinner, anything you don't like?" He asked with a smile; as though nothing had happened. He then leaned over and kissed the top of her head before walking..... well..... err..... hobbling into the kitchen as he waited for Echo' resonce, or for her to follow him.

Echo froze when he kissed the top of her head. Her cheeks lit up a very bright red. Even though she had that embarrassed feeling, somehow she got a boost of confidence from it. That was rare. . .Soi was normally very quick tempered. She shook off her thoughts and followed after him.''W-wait! I don't want you moving around too much!'' She called after him with a concerned look on her face. Geez he was persistent! Guess it comes with being a guy. . most of them don't like being babied. Of course, Soi only had a older sister. Her father was. . .an odd Soul. Her mother on the other hand could Swing Echo around like a feather. Well, regardless of her past she had to focus on what was happening now.''Well if you insist. . .I'll have whatever you're having, Ehm. . .if that's okay, eh?'' She replied, rubbing the back of her head nervously. Echo was never really particular about food as long as it had rainbows and sparkles.

"Fine if you insist" He said as Echo followed him a bit. "I will bring it out when I am done" He said as he started to rummage through the kitchen. He had cheese, chicken, and a stack of other things...
About an hour later he walked out of the kitchen holding two plates, he walked over to Echo and sat one plate down in his spot showing the meal. A few moments he placed another plate down in front of Echo; her meal was the same however it was bright purple and pink (Think of Seika's outfit); showing he had put some of Echo's Dye into the batter that he used for its crust. "Here you go" He said as he sat down and cut into his food.

Echo perked up in her chair when he came in and set the first plate down. She blinked and tilted her head slightly. It looked so. . .Organized and fancy, But Echo's mouth dropped in awe as he set her plate down.''I-it's. . .PERFECT!''she announced with both enthusiasm and excitement. Echo was so exited she actually almost face-planted the table.''Thank you, Soi!'' she praised him with a bright smile. The food was indeed colorful! So colorful it actually made both Echo and her food look like a Rainbow conglomerated together.

Soi laughed as he saw Echo's response to the food that he put in front of her. "I hope you like it" He said as he started to eat. He was still tired but due to Echo's soul being the only other in the building with him he was starting to recover. Cordon Bleu was a common meal where he was raised but from Echo's reaction it must have been uncommon. He thought it was funny that something so odd and simple could make Echo so happy.

Echo grinned, revealing her sharp teeth. No doubt it was something she got from her father. It wasn't unnatural for a Weapon to have teeth like that of course. She then stared down at her food curiously then stabbed her fork into one of the pieces of chicken. It disappeared quickly. . .Echo then sat up straight and cleared her throat when she was done devouring chewing her food. ''Where did you learn to cook like this, eh? it's wonderful!'' she complemented him with yet another bright smile and continued eating.

"I learned on my trips to tournaments; You have lots of spare time to read while you are flying and driving" He said with a nod as he continued to eat; saying it as though he learned to cook for convenience and not pleasure. "I'm glad you like it though" He said laughing a bit. He had never really had anyone else there to cook for; so at least he knew it tasted good to others and not just himself. After a while he finished eating and stretched back in his chair; a slight twinge of pain going through his body, but nothing like what he had help earlier.

''Oh! I forgot you traveled a bunch.'' Echo squeaked, slapping her hand over her face. She should have known that! Of course, he was a world champion at fencing. So go figure he'd be traveling around. Though, Echo was just grateful he didn't have any fan-girls following him around. Having more then one person in the house would probably make her go nuts. She watched as he leaned back in his chair. Even though it was very faint, she could tell he was still in a bit of pain. Echo was done with her meal, so she stood up and headed down the small hall and rummaged through a side cabinet, pulling out a clean towel. She then approached Soi and tossed him the towel.''If you take a shower it will ease the ache's and pains you're feeling, alright?'' Echo sighed and crossed her arms, shivering a bit. Damn it was cold in this small condo!''Meanwhile I'll be taking a small nap. So wake me when you're done.'' She stated bluntly. Echo was hiding it, but she had a headache from being handled by Elanore. She could use a soothing shower as well.

Soi nodded a bit and stood up; he picked up both of the plates that they had used and took them into the kitchen; he would do the dishes after he got done with his shower. After the dishes where in the sink, Soi walked down the hall and towards the bathroom; the towel Echo had given him draped over his shoulders. "Alright i'll wake you when I'm out"
Echo had been right; a hot shower was just what he had needed; There was no need to him to hurry due to Echo saying that she wanted to take a nap. So he took it upon himself to stretch his shower out; because we all know that is something thats hard to do.
He was just happy that they lived in a Condo and not rental house; seeing as how they where in a Condo there was never a threat of running out of hot water, no matter how long you remained in the shower.
