The stewardess had then left and Nora wrapped her coat around her body more as she, too, had stared out the window.
It was starting to get dark, now. And she couldn't keep her eyes open for much longer... Soon, she had began to fall asleep, dreaming of the opera, and one day being on stage as she danced and sang her art out, like a beautiful performer in a great final act.
A couple of hours later, night had fallen, and the moon began to drip blood as it smiled and grinned high up into the night sky like a bad omen...
"... Valmay sahano NADAAAAAAAAA!!!"

 MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus finished his glass of water and he too fell asleep, using his coat as a pillow, he dreamed of what life would be like if the horrible war never took place. His family were enjoying a picnic, including the brother he never knew, he wore the same clothes, and still had tattoos, but they were different, they had gained four small dots. He recognized the signs as the Hindu symbol for peace and love, he jumped at the thought until suddenly the dream was gone, and fading pictures of Nora floated though the dreamscape and he slowly realized, if none of that had happened he would not know Nora. I guess something good did come from it, I have a true friend......but in ATTACK!!

Nora shifted her position and let out a yawn as she curled up and laid down in her seat like a baby in her cradle.
Sleeping wasn't too hard for her; she was a very heavy sleeper. And when she dreamed, she dreamed. Girl could sleep through a hurricane and not know what happen the next morning.
She dreamed sweet dreams. Of singing. Of dancing. Of romance. Of tragedy. And of laughter and boisterous music playing...
And to just earn one seat in the ballet house right in front of her favorite ballet... The Littlest Mermaid. She heard stories about the Littlest Mermaid when she was young. Told by Hans Christian Anderson.
... That story made her cry everytime she heard it. Truly, it was sad... Especially when he did not recognize her at the ball...

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... After some time passed Marcus could feel himself being poked on his wrists, what was going on? He opened his eyes to see two young children trying to figure out the symbols on his wrists, but was soon shooed away by the mother who gave Marcus a fierce glare. "Hehe, she doesn't like me, " he muttered as he stretched his arms, arching his back to stretch it as well. He looked over noticing that Nora was still sleeping in her seat, it may be best to leave her be. He rummaged through his bag until he retrieved a book from his bag and began reading. ...but in ATTACK!!

Nora kept moaning in her sleep; about a prince and an imposter, until she had exhaled a deep sigh and turned over on her side, curling up as she continued to dream about ballerinas...
2 hours later, she had woke up and began to stretch, seeing now that it was still dark and Marcus had not moved from where he was; it appeared that he was reading something...
"What are you reading?" Nora asked as she fixed her glasses back in place.
"... Valmay sahano NADAAAAAAAAA!!!"

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus glanced over, noticing that Nora was awake. He gave a smile and muttered, "Good morning... I'm ready Pride and Prejudice and Zombies... Its fairly new to me." He said flipping another page with a small laugh at something funny on the page. He continued, "You sounded like you were enjoying your dream... What was it about?" He asked without taking his eyes from the book. ...but in ATTACK!!

"Oh, um, n-nothing special," said Nora as she sat up straight, putting her hands on her lap as she looked out the window before looking at the label on the book, "Oh! I've read that book before... I didn't enjoy it as much as I did the original, but I liked it; what I didn't like was the ending, though... It disappointed me a bit," said Nora as she looked at her left side and grabbed her jacket, pulling it around her as she smiled,
"Where almost close to Oklahoma, you know. I can feel it."

MARCUS FAUST Strength is not in defense... Marcus shot her a quick look, muttering, "don't spoil it for me..." His words were followed by a small laugh and the turn of a page, he was nearly finished. He listened as she continued to talk, and would make an occasional comment, "Oklahoma huh? We're about half way there then..." He said turning the page once more then closing the book and tossing it back into his bag. "Yeah, the ending sucked..."...but in ATTACK!!

"I know," yawned Nora as the sky started to get a bit lighter. "This could take us a while, but... What made you read that book in the first place?" she asked, kicking her feet.
Not that she minded him reading that book; she liked it, but she just perferred the original. Call her boring, call her nerdy, call her whatever you'd like, the girl had strange tastes in literature. Who in the modern 21st century would like Classical and British literature when there were sex novels and trash novels everywhere~?

Marcus grinned, she probably wouldn't have guessed it but he actually was a fan of classical literature, "I wanted to see if it was anything like the original, and they did a pretty good job, it was like Pride and Prejudice with zombies in it." He gave off a small yawn and started back looking out the window. "So are you a fan of classical literature? Or do you find the modern things a better read?"...but in ATTACK!!

"... Well..." said Nora as she blushed, "I've always liked... Boring books. Books like 'Tale of Two Cities', 'Great Expectations', Mary Shelley's 'Frankenstein', Bram Stoker's 'Dracula', and 'The Secret Garden'. In everyone's opinion, they're kind of boring rather than interesting..." said Nora as she kept her eyes to the window. Indeed, they were rather long, but she liked reading classics. Sometimes russian, if she had the chance... But, no way would anyone else have that kind of interest either.
"W-What kind of books do you like?" Nora asked with a soft smile as she took off her coat.

Marcus shifted his head over to look at Nora as she listed off the books she had read, a small grin formed the more books she listed, "Honestly, you just listed about three of my favorite books, I enjoy the classics, especially the horror classics, and the occasional dab of romance as well, but my favorite book by far is a small hundred page story called Ethan Frome have you read it before?" He asked his grin turning more into a smile as he took off his jacket as well. ...but in ATTACK!!

"Yes, I've read it," said Nora as her face lit up, "I must say... I liked the moral behind it. It was quite sad, but... Serves him right for thinking that way," she said as she recalled back to the part where Ethan tried to kill himself along with Mattie.
"... You've read Bram Stoker's Dracula? I-It's one of my favorites... Although, I was a bit... disappointed in the end. Where... They drove a steak to his heart and Miss Mina was set free from his grip... I really did wanted them to be together... But, I suppose there's alot of wrong in that, now isn't there?"

Marcus thought back to when he had actually read the book, it had been quite a long time, "well, I thought it would have been a happy ending if they had been together, however, it would not have been as popular in my opinion, there aren't that many people that wanted evil to triumph over good." He said with a thoughtful expression on his face. "Have you watched any movies?"...but in ATTACK!!

"No, not recently," replied Nora as she looked back at him, "My parents never let me watch movies that much; what kind of music do you watch?"
She felt so... Old-fashioned. So... 'sheltered'. She wasn't up to date with today's technology and modern media. Excluding the fact that she had an ipod.
That was a Christmas gift. She had earned it. Though, she had always wanted to see some of the movies that took place in the Victorian era and dealt with royalty and romance...
... Or maybe because it just appealed to her better tastes.
