Light? Lucifer chuckled. He embraced the darkness, but one would suppose that others required it to see. So the dark ghostling shrugged and reached up for the nearest branch. He clutched it with both hands and yanked until it was ripped from the tree. Then he held it with his right and and ignited the frayed end with his left hand.
"This should do for now.." he said, and held it out to bath the sylph in a blue glow. 'Course, she was already blue..

Nebula watched and was impressed Lucifer's power. She then was able to get a really good look at the Spectral. He was bathed in blue firelight, but it was better then looking mostly like floating blue eyes. She looked at him for a while and smiled.
Nebula then looked around them. The forest now light up with the blue flames. She could see the pattern dance around the trees. "Oooh, that make it look neat."

Lucifer looked at Nebula and caught her looking at him. Not that he wasn't used to that, but still, it caught him a little off guard. He chuckled and followed her gaze, looking around the two of them.
"Yeah, 'suppose it does make it look pretty cool.." he said. He wanted to burn the whole forest down now. Bathe it in his azure flame. But the part of him that wasn't consumed by his colossus held him back. It wasn't right, many ghostlings lived here. He winced slightly, subtly, as the two parts of him battled for control. The flame wavered in place.

Nebula smiled as she had an idea. Almost as if she knew what he was wanting. Maybe it was a part of her power of reading those that she takes energy from. Or maybe it wasn't.
"Why don't we make a bon fire? Stack up logs that way the flames can be bigger?" The girl then began to look around for logs or other laying around bits of wood.

Lucifer nodded and grinned, a perfect compromise. He held the torch as he looked for wood with her, dragging a log back with one arm. It was a little harder than with two arms, but he managed to bring it to a small dirt clearing. Then, after finding two good-sized branches, he stacked them on the log and set the torch on it. The wood darkened and crackled, blue embers eating away at the bark. They looked like glowing beetles devouring everything in their path. The air around it rippled and some of the glowing beetles took flight and disappeared. It was a beautiful sight as the blue flames grew and grew.
Forcing his eyes away, the Spectral gathered some stones to create a circle around the fire. Then he sat down and admired it for a moment, a genuine smile free from malice set on his face.

Nebula went off on her own to find some wood. She found lots of twigs that she kept in one art. Sure, they weren't big but they would work. She kept on looking for something bigger but not too big. After a bit she found a few nice logs and brought them back in her other arm.
The fire was already looking quite nice as Nebula found her way back. "Wow, that looks wonderful. It feels nice too." The warmth of the fire was a nice feeling as it kissed her skin. The Sylph laid her twigs and logs next to the fire ready to be thrown on when the fire started to die.
