It was a normal morning in the Belvidere apartment. Seraphine was in her room practicing her oboe, little smoky spirits twirling and dancing around with her daemon as she did; Guinevere was in her room reading a book about Camelot, it was something that had caught her attention lately for reasons unknown, and Crescentia was...sitting by the phone? That wasn't like her. Though she didn't look like she was exactly waiting anxiously, rather she was even sitting in clothes to go out in and not freeze to death and just inspecting her nails. She had had a very peculiar vision when she woke up, it was vaguely familiar somehow, but the vision itself was unclear and it was hard to tell just...what it was. She had heard the phone ring though, so she knew someone was going to be calling. But who? She hummed a song while she waited, and just when she was about to give up the phone rang. The gypsy picked it up after just one ring, sitting back on the pillows she had set up like a bed in the middle of her living room and staring up at the ceiling. "Hello, Belvidere residence." She said calmly like it was any other phone call. In truth she was very anxious to find out who it was on the other end.
"Hello, Miss Belvidere. I am with D-Corp, and we would like to extend an--"
"Alright." The woman on the other end was thrown off. Crescentia knew that name, and now it made sense. So...wait...they didn't have anything on her. Why were they offering her a child as well? Was it because of Riley? She ran her fingers through her hair and sighed a little.
"Y-you didn't even give me a chance to--"
"Where can I meet you~?" She didn't need formalities, she knew what this was. This 'D-Corp' place wouldn't be calling her sanctuary if they didn't need something from her, she had never given anyone outside her family aside from Riley her number, or her address. Crescentia had a feeling she knew what this was. Ugh, Riley was going to have a field day with this. She could see it now, literally. She wrote down the address that was given to her by the flustered woman on the other end of the line. She thanked her and hung up, sighing again as she got up and ventured to the other rooms.
