Amani sighed softly as his father nuzzled against him, eyes flickering over to his mother and siblings. "I.. missed ya too." He said, lowering his head a little at his mother's question. "I had ta travel, wanted ta see tha world abit, tha is all."

Eros pulled away and nodded, after all it was that traveling and adventurous spirit that he gave to his son. He could not argue with him leaving even if he would have liked notice. but all that did not matter now, his son was here, his family complete. "welcome back son" he stepped back knowing full well his mate would want to greet her son. his dissapearence had been hardest on the young mother.
Ziata'Jai Made it over to his family a little after his mum did. he moved next to his sister and bumped his head against her and smiled. It was a smile of 'he back... we can all play together again!' Like his sister he stayed quiet, letting his parents get out their welcomes first.

Lukou moved closer to Ziata'Jia to let their parents welcome their brother back, the rosey mare's hooves shuffling anxiously as she awaited her chance to greet the blue stallion again.
Ai'Jin couldn't blame Amani, traveling and wanting to see the world was part of growing up. And now she knew why her Mama and Papa seemed so sad when she wandered away. It was hard to see your baby go. But she was so glad to see him again that it almost didn't matter he'd gone at all. "I'm glad ta see ya again, Amani," she spoke softly, stepping closer to nuzzle him gently. "Please don' leave without tellin' someone next time?"

Amani lowered his head again a little. "I'll try not ta, ma." He snorted softly and looked over at his siblings. "You two been causing alota trouble, haven't ya." He flicked his tail in amusement at the anxious behaviour of the pair.

Eros snickered watching Amani speak to his siblings. Turning his smiling face he moved to nuzzle his mate though spoke to his kids, "Not as much as they would have if you were here to join them."
Ziata'Jai shook his head, the grooming job his mother did already out of place after his bouncying over, "Noppers! me'sa tinkin not as fun with outs you'sa" he bumped his head into the side of Amani's flank.

"I'm not a trouble-maker!" Lukou tried hard not to giggle as she gave a playfully offended look between her papa and brother, hooves dancing over the ground to bring her closer to Amani so she may nuzzle against him. "Are ya stayin' home a while now? Coz...You could meet my mate if you wanna..."
Ai'Jin pressed close against Eros. Seeing her children together again made her heart swell with pride. She may have been on the young side of life when they were born, but she was proud of how they'd grown.

"Ya're mated?" Amani looked over at Lukou curiously, he didn't know how he felt about this fact yet.. his sister was mated and he... he looked over at Ziata'Jai. "...and are ya mated too?" Suddenly he felt more left out than before, his family really was moving on.

Ziata'Jai shook his head, his mane flopping with it, "Noppers! Me'sa not mated." Stomping his hooves Ziata'jai got a great idea, "We'sa should go mate look'in together!!"
Eros just shook his head at the boys. He had seen Amani's face look a bit crestfallen when his sister announced her mated status. He was ready to be there for his son in a moments notice. He remembered how hard he took Lukou's want to be mated, in the end he gave in mostly because he could not say no for how young Lukou was when his own mate was young as well

Lukou giggled and nuzzled between her brothers. "Can I help find pretty mares for you?" It was a good thing she had her papa's rosey colors, else the blush that grew against her cheeks would have shown. She tried to keep from letting the guilt that built with Amani's unspoken sadness firmly out of sight, but it did break her heart to see her big brother feeling left out.
Ai'Jin nuzzled close to her mate as she watched the children. She could tell that the topic of Lukou's mateship was a little uneasing for the stallions, but she didn't have room to say it was wrong. After all, she was quite young when she met Eros and fell so very much in love with him.

Ziata'jai rolled his eyes at his brother, "Wait, are you'sa sayin' derre is someone who caught you'sa eye? huh Amani? " he was not to be distracted by his brother asking about their brother in law!
Eros chuckles at his sons, "The children are finding their place Ai." he felt an overwhelming amount of pride at all of them in this moment. "I am proud of you, all three of you." he announced... even if his kids would have been able to hear the words spoken to his mate.
