I'm sorry... my depression keeps spiking and I can't control it... it's been getting worse lately. Hell, I cried for no reason today for two hours.

Nena's onto something. Seeing someone about depression can be very helpful. I've had to grow up with a manic-depressive dad and medication and seeing a therapist can change your life. Now that might not be as extreme as what you're going through, but still.

I've been told I have a rather bad case of manic-depression. I've tried everything. Six different types of pills, 14 therapists, and finally my family said screw it and I haven't taken or seen anyone about it for 4 years now. And I can't afford it either. No insurance or job. most days I can just ignore it, but some days, like today it just spikes and I can't control it. *sigh*
