the 1st and the raven r great and so is the way u can pose ur chars painting could use work.

You show real promise. I agree the first and the raven are the best; the jay-man is good but a bit out of proportion especially in the wings. The girls face is proportioned but the shading is off. Just my opinion, and I can't draw a straight line. Good work, keep at it.
