I think if you really want to make the Guild better, you should keep doing the same thing. This is the only guild I take part in much. It is not all pretentious like so many of them are. The conversations stay lively and fun.
I belong to this one guild, where not kidding, every time I post, I seem to kill the thread. I hope its just because I am one of the few posting and everybody else was just done.
There is also a forum that tries to do a monthly magazine, they ask for a bunch of articles that nobody reads and if it is read its torn apart by people with differing opinions. The forum seems to be there to argue not to respect differences.
There is another one that started having classes a month or so ago and there are already complaints nobody is doing the work.
The forum here is fun. I love that Wicca is talked about, but people can kind of get to know each other here too. I feel like you guys are some Really cool people.
The WORST part of this guild is that we will most likely never get to meet, never get to circle together, never get to craft together. I haven't knit in about two weeks. cry
I love this guild, It really is the best one ever, So that is a list of everything you need to do to fix it.

you know for a little bit I really thought this guild was a failure, with people being pushy and rude. Since those folks are gone I feel better, but to know how much people love this guild makes me happy. It makes me feel like the work I put in is totally worth it. My only complaint is we have over 60 members but I only seem to hear from give or take 10. If you guys ever know anyone you'd like to join let me or vixen know.
BTW I would love to have a meet up but geography kinda sucks, maybe we can have a meeting on the astral plain (though I don't have that stuff figured out)
