A Brief Description:
Queen: The Queen sits at the very top in the social order. She ultimately makes all decisions that will effect all Dragons and even visitors to the kingdom.
King/Head General: The King is next. Ultimately to support the Queen the Kings job is more about battle. His job is to command armies and lead them to victory.
Prince/Princess: The children of the Queen and King do not have the same responsibilities. Besides showing support to their parents they are to learn as much as possible about their people so they too can one day lead their people.
Royal Guards: With the job to protect the Royal Family they are usually Dragons who have demonstrated a skill or ability that a member in the family liked. To hold a position is an honor as you are taken care of, along with any family. The position is usually a life time position unless a member of the family dies, to which the surviving members decide your fate.
Royal Advisors: Being the strongest is not always key. This position is for the smarter and wiser of Dragons. Able to be changed at any moment these roles are picked solely by the Queen. As an advisor your job is simple; give advice on matters to the Queen. But remember the Queen has ultimate say in any and ALL decision.
Generals of the Armies: Being an advisor to the King this position falls to the more experienced of Knights. As the army is too vast to be command from one point each aspect has it's own General. The Army is made of the different branches. 1) Infanty and Archers, 2) Calvary and Seige Weapons, 3) Dragon Units. Each branch has one General that reports to the King.
Commanders: Just like the King has three subordinates the Generals have three subordinates as well. They aid in leading men and help give reports. This position is assigned by the General in charge of that specific branch.
Soldiers: As a soldier you report to your commander who goes up the line. In the army you will be assigned to one of three branches. 1) Infantry and Archers; much like the branch is said you are either a basic foot soldier, armed with a spear, shield, and sword or axe or a maul or a hammer. As an Archer you a master at the bow. 2) Calvary and Seige weapons; Calvary is for those who can ride a horse. Calvary is armed with a sword and spear. For Seige weapon you work as a team to operate on of the following; Catapult, Ballista, or a Battering Ram. 3) Dragon units; this is the smallest and more selective branch of the army. Mostly given to older dragons this is a group of Dragons who have shown great skill in Dragon form. The Dragon Units are deployed as a last result only.
Educators: To learn is just as important as anything else. An Educator will usually be a master craftsman who takes on a apprentice or a teacher for the young.
Merchants: Anyone can sell things but a Merchant will have a more permanent set up and usually sell anything and everything. Protected by specific laws it is not wise to steal from them and be caught. If caught breaking the law the Queen decides your fate in court.
Citizens: As a dragon you have a few expections. To have a craft, be willing to serve if called upon, pay taxes, and to enjoy the Dragon way of life. Protected by the laws, governed by the Queen, a citizen can enjoy even the most basic of luxuries. Taxes tend to be low and change as the economy does. In turn for loyalty to the Queen and King you are protected by the Armies.
