Day 11 Breakfast:na (spent that time writing an essay due this morning)
Lunch:turkey swiss sandwich
Dinner:na
Any Snacks:hersheys with almond (210cal), sour cream and onion chips (160cal)
Exercise:martial arts 90mins.

Exercise:walking around campus for a bit

Day 13 (yesterday) Brunch:honey bunches of oats with almonds.(dry). orange juice
Dinner:pasta with shrimp
Exercise:pop lock and drop it class for 1 hour
Any snacks:2 string cheeses Note: after that dance class (morning) weighed in at 215. down 2.6lbs since last tues. night.
im going to start weighing in saturday morning and tues night after martial arts.
