Smoking weed relieves my stress, calms my nerves and nausea when I have any. It makes me happier, gives me an appetite and makes my food more enjoyable. It also makes me think harder about things and helps me to understand more of whatever I'm trying to learn. I also feel more artistic and creative and can write my thoughts clearer. It also helps when I have a headache, pms symptoms, minor injury pain or just feeling bummed out. What's bad about that?

I don't think I would try marijuana because I've heard it can make you paranoid, and I'm kinda that way naturally xD So adding onto that wouldn't end well. But I'm fine with other people using it 3nodding

I've never tried marijuana and don't ever intend to. As to health effects, I'm not a fan of anything that requires you to inhale hot particulates into the lungs.
I've also seen what marijuana dependence leads to and I'd rather avoid that. I'm not anti-marijuana anymore than I'm anti-cheeseburgers, but that said, not everyone can be trusted with either.
The thought just occurred to me that "They", seeing that there was marijuana use among the movement, might try to spin it that we're all paranoid stoners.

But I'm fine with other people using it 3nodding Stimulants make you paranoid... Coffee, sugar, cocaine, extasy that crap Cannabis is, if anything, a depressant. A mellower. OKAY! WHAT THE F*** IS WITH TODAY?! I happen upon a shop in a local mall that recently opened and is filled with Cannabis shirts and Afro-Centric items, which I love because I believe in the Motherland. I get home and my Dad happens to decide to watch a video about Hemp's history. I finally come to Gaia and the first thread in today's list when I come to check the guild "Marijuana" -w- LOOK LIFE! I DON'T SMOKE POT! It's cool for those that do, and who knows maybe I'll have an experience with it for medicinal use or spiritual, but I have no current interest in it. Is there some cosmic message being drilled at me today?!

Hey Quinz, I get synchronicities like that sometimes too. I think they're mostly just to wake us up to the bigger picture. That's all mine ever manage to do.
They're neat experiences though. Kind of like the whole world (or at least our small part of it) is thinking the same thought for a small moment.
