"Well it has the word mate in it. Not too hard to figure out that it has something to do with being a male's mate. And since you tossed in life before it ..... Is it something like a soulmate?" She said shaking her head, "Anyways..... back to the matter at hand. Why are you calling me your lifemate? I hardly even know you. You certainly can't expect me to go along with that." She looked at the male but couldn't really judge if he was good looking or not. He didn't look very well due to his wounds.

Eos absorbed the information in silence. So basically she brought color and life back into his life? And saved him from himself? "I.... I..... I don't know what to say to that." She admitted. She looked at him wondering what to do.

"I do not expect you to know how to respond. In truth, I do not know how to handle this any better than you." Andrius stood on wobbly legs, wincing. "The sun will rise soon. I must go...I...come with me, Eos, and let us learn more become a part of each other's lives?"

Eos looked very uncertain at him asking her to come with her. She didn't belong here and she very much wanted to return to her home. But then something he said sunk in. "You can't be in the sun." She stated eyes growing wide. She stared at his wounds in horror. "I did that to you! My talent caused those horrible wounds! I am so so sorry!" She said tears welling up in her eyes. She shook her head, upset that she had caused someone else such pain. She had to make it up to him somehow, and had one way to do so. She would go with him; just to make sure he got better. If anything else happened after that.....she'd chalk up as fate or something of the sort. "I-I'll go with you.... Just to make sure you get better. I feel so bad that I did something so horrible."

Andrius stiffened, "You did nothing wrong, Eos..." Andrius reached out for her, "Your need for self preservation makes me feel much more at ease. I know that you have been safe while I have been absent. But you will not need to worry anymore. I will take care of your safety now."

Eos frowned and nudged him with her nose. "Hurting someone is doing something wrong. And I hurt, however unintentional it was." She said with a huff, "I don't know how you're going to take care of my safety when you can't even go out into the sun! I'm a day pony. I like being out in the sun, not up super late at night."

Andrius stayed silent for a moment. "You should leave..." He began to hobble in the direction of the woods, favoring one side more than the other.

Eos frowned and took off after him. "I can't leave knowing that you're hurt." She said as she caught up to him, "I just wouldn't feel right about that."

Eos paused for a second with a serious look on her face. "I'll deal with that when the time comes." She said moving to catch up again.

Eos frowned quite hard at this. "Provide for you? I thought it was the males that were supposed to provide? Like you provide for me." She said shaking her head, "And I'm a big girl. I can take care of myself despite my looks and what I say."

Eos looked at him confused. "Why can't you hunt with me around?" She asked, "Take from me? ..... Do you mean you need my blood? Jeez this is confusing." She shook her head and then looked back to him.
