I HAVE checked it, and Meta pmed me about it, and I have replied to her OVER PMs.
Sibalus, I do not appreciate your wading in. But it, and Meta, and Flame just go to show that nobody is getting the full story here. There's a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes here, so I don't think anyone has the right to post and believe that they know the whole situation.
Kyo, the fact is that you copied. You copied not only the outward structure, but many, many of the details. You needn't even attempt to dispute it. All the people I showed before it was taken down AGREED that it was a ridiculous amount of plagiarism. This is not something I'm willing to quibble about.
As I told Sibalus and Meta, I want to move on from this, but as long as things keep on getting posted I WILL defend myself.

-_- you know, now is normally the point where I say let it go, but something always seems to keep making it worse.
When I get home from work, I kinda expect to be able to relax. Instead the first thing that i notice is that things are still going on. Then Lorika showed me a PM she got from someone in here....Someone not even involved in the ordeal. Normally i'd agree with the overreacting part. But she sacrificed so much for her guild it's not even funny. Even today she sacrifices so much to make people happy. It makes ME sad to see that someone would PM her with something like she got. Personally i'd rather this all be ended. Everyone needs to just stop and bite their tongues. I'd rather not have to see her distraught over this some more.

Technicaly its not plagiarism unless its a liscenced written work and therefore anything put online that isn't is free game to anyone who knows how to make a copy. ^.^
I really thing this is all VERY uneeded.

*sighs* The intent of this thread was so that people wouldn't bother you about it anymore. You're the one making this into a problem. You're so blinded by your anger you haven't been reasonable. I will point out that the only thing I have done is posted my defense to the situation as well as posted an apology. I also deleted the thread. You got everyone so riled up, I doubt even half of them looked at the original threads.

Who said it, Lorika? I certainly didn't say "Oh, I know ALL about this sht" and then go one to babble about what I thought I knew. I applied my opinion to what I damn well know.
There was nothing up in this announcement that said that you were being cruel or being evil or unjust. It was simply Kyo asking us to leave it alone.
You claim that you're defending yourself against whatever's posted here, but I don't see that he's said anything against you.
It's simply being dragged on for the sake of dragging it.
If you want to move on, then do so. Kyo's working on fixing up a system of his own, and I'm personally extending my help to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Sil. This has been going on for the past couple of days. Let it run its course, eventually everything will die on its own, but I will not ignore Lorika's feelings, she has every right to lash out. I did do something wrong and I am being punished for it.

As well, the original version of this announcement encourage my members to Join TBO. I accidentally deleted it when I thought I could post it in a guild announcement that would be broadcast. Sadly, Kyo still hasn't got used to his modly powers and didn't know that he was unable to send more than one announcement per day.

Panda. Sil hasn't done a thing except trying to get us to stop fighting or at the very least take it somewhere else. You have no right to address him like he is apart of the problem. If you want to blame someone blame me.
