** Note, I want the theme (Tornado/Lightning), but colors are completely changeable should the colorist choose to do so. Add/subtract as you like, I'm pretty well incapable of visually things I've even seen. I trust your artistic judgment way more than I'd ever trust my own! The areas I especially don't mind change to/am not sure of, I've added an A.C. note to.

Mane color(s): the blue side of silver, with some possible other-color highlights (or maybe some other color with the blue-silver highlights)? Or A.C.
Note: The mane would probably lend itself to a really neat tornado-type design?
Flake Color(s): Some form of color-phasing between the colors used on him would be lovely, they can all be different or the same, as looks best. A.C.

Here is my Color inspiration
This is my favorite of the tornado images I have.
These two have amazing cloud creations: Tornado Top and Funnel Cloud
These two are just pretty:

Edits (if any): I will gladly pay for any minor or major added extras on this guy. Some ideas would be lightning-glows, tornado-tail feathers or flakes. Bits of mane turned to tornado/lightning, or all messed up like he's been in a storm. Anything else you could come with. Any or none of these, as you like.
I would like to note here that the solar male is my favorite lineart...but I think his facial expression is utterly dorky and very sad for such a pretty lion. No idea how to fix this though.
Other/Notes: Please do take artistic licenses, include just a few of what I said or much of it. I really can't visualize well enough to know my mind on this, other than that I've been wanting this concept for ages.
Also to note: I didn't have a solar male handy to look at, if some of it seems weird to the lineart, let me know.
This lion will be related to Dawinah and to Egyptia.
