"You won't forget about our conversations when they come take you to care for the cubs you'll have, will you?" His brow lofted slightly as he rolled so that he could watch the other male. "I mean, I'm certain I could try to sneak out and come see you, but... I would hate to get in trouble. Being condemned further would be such a terrible thing, wouldn't it?"

"Of course i wont." He leaned over so he could rest his muzzle against the other male's. "I would never forget our conversations. They're the only good ones i get." He smiled. "and the females wont talk to me much even if they take me to raise their cubs. Only the little ones will talk to me before they learn better"
Kipaku was his best friend and here was no way a female would be able to take over that place. Even if he did father her cubs.

"Good." He smiled as he let his eyes close, shifting slightly so that he was closer to the other male. Whatever it was that he'd done in his past to find himself in this station now he was glad that it wasn't so horrible as to keep him from having this sort of friendship now.
