Kayla smiled at the effectiveness of that attack but her smiled wilted a little as she can see that the attack did not do much good. The static around Quintrell was fading quickly and would not hold much longer.
Snookie was simply making fun of Quintrell's prediciment. Making funny faces and shaking his bum in front of the vaporeon's face.
Kayls shook her head. Snookie will be asking for it whether in this battle or afterwards. Better end it now.
"Okay! Enough, Snookie, lets try to end this now. Use Energy Ball!"
Snookie nodded happily as he formed yet another ball with just one paw this time before throwing it like a baseball by a pitcher.

Quintell's limbs responded just in time as the energy ball closed the short distance between the mew and the vaporeon.
His legs gathered underneath him and with a smack of his tail on the ground aiding him, he quickly launched himself out of the way of the battle-ending attack.
Sao cheered and jumped in the air. "Alright! Quintrell, bite!"
He moved quickly, barely letting his paws touch the ice before bounding at his Mew friend with his sharp teeth ready to tell Snookie what he thought of that bum shaking.

"Snookie watch out!" Kayla shouted as Quintrell rushed at Snookie again with the intent to bite. Snookie was a quick learner and managed to teleport out of the way and unharmed. He pointed and laughed at Quintrell for the miss. It was a bummer that Snookie's previous attack was a miss but Snookie's luck couldn't last for long so it had to happen sometime.
"Come on, Snookie we got this! Energy Ball again! Full Power!"
Once again, the shiny mew powering up the energy sphere and threw it at the water pokemon like a pitcher.

Quintrell's jaws closed around empty air and before he touched the ground again, the ball of energy hit the back of his head. His limp body hit the ice and slid with the momentum of his previous attack.
Sao stood, mouth agape, amazed at what just happened.

Kayla sighed as the battle came to an end. It was a good battle. Both trainers had their ups and downs. Sao had more downs than she did but it was a good learning experience.
"That was a good battle!" Kayla smiled over at the other trainer or soon to be trainer. "One day when you get your own pokemon, I will be expecting a battle from you."
Then, Kayla took out a pokeball from her pocket and recalled Quintrell back into one. "Good battle, Quin. You did great." Kayla turned to Snookie. "You too, Snookie. That deserves a hot fudge sundae, yes?"
Snookie squealed in happiness and teleported out of the stadium.
Kayla laughed. She waved at her opponent. "Good luck on your journey!" With that she left feeling refreshed and ready for her nex battle.
