Breakfast: xxx(slept in)
Lunch: xxxRoast beef sandwich with mayo and mustard on whole wheat.
Snack: xxxA couple handfuls of trail mix
Dinner: xxxSalad xxx1/4 garlic bun + melted cheese (1/4 = half of the top half of a hamburger bun > <)
Snack: xxxA couple butter toffee candies which turned out to be gross anyways D:
Water: xxx64 oz.
Exercise: xxxnone
Comments: xxxWow, I think I am so stressed out about this project of mine that I have lost my appetite. I kinda forced myself to eat a bit of salad at dinner even though I wasn't really hungry, I just kinda didn't want to feel so annorexic > < Maybe it's the trail mix that's been keeping me full. 'cause I ate some yesterday too and I didn't eat all the much at dinner. Hmmm... anyways, haven't eaten a lot recently, I should stress out more often, ahha d: And yeah, this project left me putting off aerobics night yet again D: but I really do have to get this project done. next semester I'll have no excuse to skip, 'cause my semester is really easy. Until then though, more stress!!

The funny thing about stress is that it has a way of coming back, this Christmas I was thinking I was going to gain so much weight, but I started stressing about exams and about family and going places and I lost like five or six lbs total just before Christmas. In the time between Christmas and New Years I gained it all back because I didn't have anything to stress out over.

Oh yeah, I know that purposeful stressing isn't a good diet tactic, haha! I was mostly just kidding > <; But yeah, it does make sense that anything I lose in these couple of days would come back. It would be nice if it didn't though, but either way, I'm not too concerned about it staying off If I lost it in an unhealthy way I don't mind re-losing it healthily :3

Comments: xxxI didn't get the chance to post this yesterday because I was applying to university. Which was a really stressful event and definitely took me from 4 to 11 to do because I am so indecisive buuuuuuuut I FINALLY did it so yay! But yeah, since this was yesterday I think I am totally forgetting something I ate when I got home from school yesterday but... I can't remember > < As for eating now, my excessive snacking urges are coming back! Oh noooo! And it doesn't help that our neighbour gave us all this junk from her house because she gained 3 pounds and doesn't want to gain anymore xD She also gave us some random other food because their going on this 3 week trip and she doesn't want it to go bad. So... what I'm saying is there's a lot of extra food in my house right now D: And as for the peas for breakfast: I woke up late and didn't have time to eat so I just grabbed the peas from my lunchbag and ate them on the bus > <

January 12th, Day 10Breakfast:xxx(slept in... again. goodness I've only been writing in this diary 10 days and I've missed the bus twice... ughh)Lunch:xxxSpecial K with a cut up banana (:Snack:xxxA babybel cheeseDinner:xxxGrilled swiss cheeseburger.Snack:xxxA thinsations chocolate pretzel packWater:xxx72 oz.Exercise:xxx1 hour of stationary cycling xxx15 minute slow cycle warm up Comments:xxxWhen I say a grilled hamburger, I mean that it was cooked on our "George Foreman Lean Mean Fat-Reducing Grilling Machine" So, the fat drips out the bottom, making it just a bit healthier, which is good :3 Then thank the freakin heavens for thinsations eh? Chocolate cover pretzels are delicious and they're only 100 calories to help curb those pesky chocolate cravings. As for exercise, I did well today. I skipped aerobics again today (not because of homework this time but because I didn't have a ride D: ) but I made up for it on my bike. And it helped that I was biking while watching the Biggest Loser, it was great motivation!

Comments: xxxQuite a bit of after-dinner snacks but I had an early dinner. Nothing else too significant about today (except I had an awfully overwhelming homework night) D:

Comments: xxxGuh, I think fridays are definitely my indulgance days! I really didn't eat much healthy today, except I guess Subway isn't awful (except there's a lot of sodium) I really think I'm going to do a good long hour of biking once the pizza settles
UGH! I'm totally paying for eating that pizza, I'm feeling right sick! I might not actually be able to do the bike tonight D: It's strange, I never used to get sick eating pizza (even 3 slices) is it because I've been eating healthier? Though, I hardly feel like I've been much healthier at all I think I need to get back on track!

Comments: xxxOverall today was quite good! I am really proud of myself for eating a proper serving of chips and being able to stop myself from going for more. It really does help when you leave the bag in the kitchen and just bring the serving with you. And my exercise today was slammin! I'm gonna try doing more seventeen magazine routines for strength training. I've got two that I wanna alternate for now; and ab one and a bikini body one I think I might try alternating them 5 days a week even if I don't have time for a cardio, 'cause these don't take too long :3

Comments: xxxI spent my whole day making a lasagna today. Not exactly the healthiest thing, but we had the ingredients. I probably should have done more homework but... ehn, what are ya gonna do? I didn't eat a healthy lunch, just kinda snacked on what my little cousin was eating. I'm not particularly hungry though. And yes, skipped aerobics class, I probably could have gone if I focused more on homework this morning and yesterday but I didn't 'cause I'm a real big procrastinator. Either way, I said I wasn't gonna go to aerobics until next semester anyways, that's only three more classes to skip.
I really sucked at eating vegetables today, and I have chips and icecream, not the best. But I still didn't eat over my calorie intake. Did overeat on lasagna though.

Comments: xxxSo, I ate quite a bit of unhealthy snacks after dinner. Mostly since I was super stressed and I'm a stress eater D: I guess I should have picked some nice carrot sticks or something.. but I didn't. Actually, we need to do some groceries I don't think we have very many nice veggies... anyways, yeah I drank a super amount of water today because I am planning on giving blood on wednesday and last time I went they told me I hadn't drank enough water and my veins weren't full enough so I had to drink a lot for 2 days before I give next time so yeah, that's why. 'Cause I really want to give blood and if they tell me I can't again I will be very discouraged.

Comments: xxxHad a lot of fried food at dinner tonight! but I tried to fill up mostly on broccoli (even though I ended up snacking on extra potatoes D: ) I'm still drinking water, I need to get 4L in (refer to last post for details) and my mom just told me I looked slimmer! So i went to measure and I have lost nearly an inch from my waist! (how my mom ever noticed that I'll never know. Proabably just saying it to boost my confidence, haha) But that's great, I didn't think there was any noticeable progress but apparently there is!

Even one inch loss is still a lot! And drinking all of that water is very good for you (maybe not as much as you are doing for donating, but that's for a special cause!) drinking 2L a day though will make you slim down, make your skin glow, and give you an over-all healthy look, so she probably noticed that, too. (: Congrats on losing that inch, by the way, may there be many more to go. <3 You can do it!

yeah, my mom always says that about the water: slimmer, better skin, and all that so I had been drinking about 2L a day since the start of the school year :3
and thank you very much! I sure hope there are more lost, I think I'll be able to focus on weight loss again once I'm less stressed heh

Comments: xxxSo, I drank all that water and then last night I was feeling so super stressed about exams that I decided I couldn't miss my english class to go donate so I never ended up even donating anything! And now I'm going to have to wait 6 months before I can donate again (I have an ultrasound appointment next week and you can't donate blood if you've been in the hospital in the past 6 months) So yeah, pretty discouraging but I guess I'll have my whole life ahead of me to give blood
as for my food, it;s been pretty alright though I haven't eatedn many veggies today. I'm so excited to be done exams and have time for exercising ! D:
