" yeah I'm fine with it as long as we hunt quickly. i don't like to linger about at night." smirking, she was ready as ever to get hunting. seeing as Zavannah was hurt, she planned to do most of the work but not all so Zavannah wouldn't be insulted. taking the lead to where they would find the small herd of gazelle, she hoped they would be able to quickly pull off the hunt with no issues.

"Mmhm. I agree." Zavannah murmurs as she tries to trot to keep up with Arrikdasa but her legs kept trying to give out under her. She frowns as she mentally gave herself a pep talk which worked for while and she pads behind the lioness, peering at the gazelles hungrily. She indeed do want to get the hunt over with quickly so they could fill their stomachs then leave to the protection of their own homes.
She moves to the flanking side of Arrikdasa and is ready to pounce when necessary. Her tail swishes low to the ground while she crouches to the ground, body taut with antipication.

Arrikdasa tried not to go too fast of a pace but she couldn't help but be eager to fill her stomach. licking her lips as they closed in, she was more than ready to spring into action. crouched low to the ground, she inched her way towards them with eager anticipation. but one false move on her part, messed up the whole hunt as she had inched forward a twig had snapped and alerted the herd. growling, she raced after one that was closest to her but failed to grab a hold of it.

Zavannah creeps closer to the gazelle in unsion with Arrikdasa when a sound of twig snapping fills the air like the sound of gunshot which sent gazelles scattering all over the plains in fright and she snapped her head toward Arrikdasa with a venomous glare. But that glare only lasted few seconds as the female suddenly sprang into the action, running as fast as her battered body could. In a desperate bid of the meal, Zavannah tries to leap on the gazelle whom is closest to her but couldn't get a good grasp on the gazelle and she lands few inches away panting angrily.
Zavannah watches with pissy dismay as their last meal ticket disappears into the darkening shadows and she turns her head toward Arrikdasa with her ears pinned against her head.

ear's pinned back and head hung in shame, she was not pleased how this hunt went. Arrikdasa hated to be the one to blame for the turn of events that had happened. growling to herself, she knew she could do better than this but well today she failed horribly both times.

"Idiot." Zavannah murmurs softly as she slinks toward the lioness. "Do you EVER think about where you are stepping into and how to hunt?" She hisses at Arrikdasa and she refrains from attacking the lioness in rage while she digs her claws into the ground. "You probably don't hunt that often and usually let your female friends hunt for you." She spat the words out like they were poison. "Ugh. I can't believe I agreed to try to hunt with you for the last time. You are worthless just like other lions are." She grumbles as she slinks off, not letting the lioness talk back to her. "Don't EVER come near me again, Arrikdasa. You might have saved me once but this failed hunt .. i can't forgive." She snarls over her shoulder as she vanishes into the night.

Ariikdasa was majorly insulted and hurt by Zavannah's words but she was not about to fight with her when she was already injured from earlyer. taking the verbal beating in silance, she left with out a word in response when Zavannah took off. it seemed today just was not her day and she just couldn't do a thing right.
