Letting lose a short sigh as he felt the sensation pass he began once more, heading to the high way which loomed before him. Furitively he glanced about as he moved along the walls of buildings. "The witch shall burn."

"your never to blame for anything unless you get caught"
:: she said to him wile still jogging, it was something that she had picked up from an old bunk-mate who had a habbit of blameing things on others... she swore it was his life motto.::
"we should be in the northern houseing district...."
:: she said slowing down and takeing out the turist map::
"we can take the intercity highway.... I think that would be the quickest and the only setback might be a few humvees patroling the area for civillians"

The snakes followed the group as they made their way toward the highway, three of them veering off to move some distance apart from the minds they had sensed. The fourth, however, chose a mind at random, following right behind Fischig as he moved toward the highway.

:: San instantly remembered how serious this guy was, Oh well, ::
"well... in any case we shouldnt worrie about the hunvees.... we might actualy be able to use them to our advantage... maby if we do find one we can... barrow it, you know politely ask if we can use it to take down the robots?"
:: she said adding emphessis and some sarcasum into spesific words to make it sound more inoccent than it really was... sort of.::

:: San looked over to him with a face that clearly said 'yeah right' as she heard the comment on her running::
"no... its that a humvee is going to be armed to the teeth with every wepon you could ever dream of! and if we can get our hands on one... well... you know whats going to happen"
:: she said with a sly look in her eye as she folded up her map::

Warned by Owle of the recent presence of folk in the area, Truewind followed her into the housing development area cautiously, Das Gust roving around wildly as if alive, and searching for potential perpetrators. He paused for a moment, chanting softly, and a barely-visible barrier of hardened air shimmered into existence around him his feline companion. Keeping close to the faces of the nearest apartment building, he waved followed Owle further inside.

"Well, if we couldn't even take over a humvee then the robots are out of the question." pointed out Dregnar. "But I guess not getting the entire army angry at us is a good thing. And I guess not wasting out energies on military vehicales will leave us in better condition when we actually do find the robots." He glanced around at the empty area before he continued, "Though I doubt standing around here is going to help us either."

"with the humvee gone and the knocked out soldiers hidden the army wont know their gone for at least two hours, even if they do they will probably assume them dead. and if i drive they wont question us if we decide to go up against the blokade... you can hide in the back and do whatever you want... not to mention if you and i have good enough aim we wont waist all that much energy..."
:: she stated this as she started heading for the intercity freeway. unless he could magicly convince her otherwise she was going to take the humvee if she saw one.::
