"I think everything is covered. Unless you care to inform me a bit more about Zerk personality. What I should expect while taking care of him." She paused. "...Any allergies or sickness of what will soon be my ward?"

Delvain tried terribly hard to keep from snorting. Really he did. His red eyes crinkled a little in the corners and the edges of his lips peeled back in a barely muted grin. What could she expect? "I would suggest...imagining the young prince as a spoiled, self centered, egotistical surface elf. He is hard headed and completely convinced that his parantage warrents him immunity to the world around him. He is sly, manipulative, and quiet untrustworthy. He has been the cause of a good many servants demises merely for the sake of gaining personal attention. When the boy has wanted spoiling from the Matron, he has contrived false stories of slights just to condemn them to rather unpleasent ends. This is a child that has been so...utterly catered to that he still bursts into the Matrons room at night over feigned nightmares just to sleep in her bed and thrust out her male company for the night. He is jealouse and spiteful. He delights in petty torment of the servants children. Not all of this is bad of course, but he has no self control. He does not understand that moderation must be used. The boy has effectively alienated himself from the entier House save for his mother, father, and aunt. He has only his teachers and family for companionship, which in itself is also neither good nor bad. His father has a firm hand with him and the boy has learned obediance. He knows not to press the Matron and to obay her, but she has unfortunatly spoiled him,a s he is the only child of the House. Most of his teachers pander to his whims. He has bullied them relentlessly but has not slipped in his studies. The boy is intelligent but utterly unmolded. At the rate things are going, with the staff fearful and resentful of him, it is only a matter of time before someone makes a serious assassination attempt. He has no allies, he has not even gathered a following as one would expect a Prince to do. Honestly, when the Prince can not find someone to torment I find him sitting in his room stareing out the window towards the Tower Sorcere."

Danni grinned slightly as Delvain's red eyes crinkled, this was going to be bad and well she was going to enjoy herself. She hummed slightly before nodding. This had merit in a way. If she could turn this Bratling into a worthy heir perhaps she could even become part of the house. She had the proper coloring...only Rile could possibly ruin things with his blue eyes. "That is enough. I've seen the type and have dealt with them before. The bratling will be force to change quickly or face punishment and likely humiliation." She muttered.

"Excellent" Delvain spoke with perhaps a little bit more eagerness then he ought to have shown. With a pause, he cleared his throat and placed his palms upon the table. "Then, as it is agreed, I shall return home to rely the information to my Lord. We shall arrange the outing as was detailed. With the Spider Queens blessing, this should turn out very favorable for us all." Even the little brat he hoped. It would be so much more easy to teach the boy after this.

Danni gently chorted into her drink before finishing it off. "As agreed, in a few days from now your brat lord will be taken to hand and dealt with." She was going to be blunt. No reason to slink around it like some rat. "I'll expect pay when we have him safely in hand and headed towards our base. Everything shall go smoothly." She muttered standing up and tugging her hood over her white curls. She bent over scooping up the paper and stuffed it away. "Good bye Delvain. Till latter." She smiled before merging seemlesly in the pack crowd.

The Following Day ___________________________________________ Delvain escorted Zerk by the hand, as was per the usual rrangement for their outing. It had been a fight that day to get Zerk to behave during his 'boring' lessons once he learned they would be going out into town to do some shopping. Delvain had promised the prince they would purchase him his first lizard, thus allowing him to begin training it to be his mount. That was the lie he had used to support his descion to carry so much platinum from the House treasury. Platinum that he had 'grudgeingly' allowed Zerk to carry tucked into a inside pocket of his fine cloak. Delvain cast a glance down at Zerk and noted the distracted way the boy kept craneing his head to look around him. His black hair was neatly brushed for once, and his slightly glowing teal eyes were opened as wide as they could get. Soon enough the boy would have more then his fair fill of being outside the safety of the 'stuffy' House. Beside, before, and behind them the guards kept a easy pace. All five had been personally selected by Delvain as no great loss in this kidnapping attempt. He had even chosen guards who had been around for a while, to cut down on the suspicion that this had been a set up by useing newly hired men. When they entered the narrow street, Delvain fought hard not to glance up. He felt a slight flush of heat and he tucked a bit of loose hair back behind his ear to stave off nervouse twitching. Soon..soon...they were going to exit out the street any minute now and he was going to finally be rid of Zerk and his temperment...the boy was about to learn the most harsh lesson of all in the underdark...that he was only a male.

Danni narrowed her eyes from the roof, moving her slender fingers in the silence language of shapes, motioning the mages at both ends of the narrow alley to start the shields and illusions. The only ones that would leave would be Delvain and Zerk, not to the same place. She opened her mirror, breathing into the polished bone service. "Rile, start the invasion."
Rile breath deep, motion the select group of four warriors to drop, surrounding the group of five soldiers. He dropped, and rushed at Delvain and Zerk. He was to grab the boy, get him out of danger and give Delvain and excuse to chase him to safety. No yelling or speak to keep down voice recognition. Silence also tended to unnerve the targets making slaugherting so much easier. The clothing was rags unadorned with the scorpion symbol.
Danni nodded, shifting to the designated meeting spot her cousin would bring the boy. Her best warriors where on the job and all bore pendants to keep Zerk odd talent from manfesting a thread to their person. If the boy accidently killed one of his own guards it was no skin off her nose.

This was not what he had laid out. That was the first thought to cross Delvain's mind as the drow seemed to drop down around them like hook horros from the ceiling. In the next moment, he thought that this was by far a better idea. It lent credibility to his own shock and surprise to be ambushed. Delvain felt Zerk's hand ripped from his own, and he turned on the ball of one foot to keep his stance steady.
Zerk as well was quiet caught off guard. One moment he had been eagerly tugging on his nannies hand in an attempt to make the overbearing male quicken his pace. Then the next there were darker shadows surrounding him and hus guard. A strong arm grabbed at him, and with a sudden jerk his hand was ripped from Delvains own. Normally, a drow child would have instinctively reacted to being grabbed in such a way. Particularly in a vionelt and desperate struggle. Zeron on the other hand froze up. His teal eyes widened a bit with the amount of shock he felt. Rile would gain no quick form of struggle from Zerk, not until they had well cleared the general area where the guards were being attacked.
"Oh MY GODDESS!" Zerk suddenly exclaimed. His body twitched and he finally began to flail and struggle. "Your KIDNAPPING me!? Are you INSANE!? Do you have any idea who I am!? I'm the son of Matron Xexsis! My father is going to KILL you! Put me down this instant!" He continued to speak with a incredulity in his voice. These poor bastards! These morons! "You've signed your death warrents!!"

Danni snorted at how easy the child was caught of guard. It was ridiculously easy for her cousin to sprint the child away from the general fighting and towards the cart that would be waiting at the end of the ally. Zerk had froze up not for a second but at least fifteen to twenty seconds long enough for anyone with less honorable 'cough, money' to kill him outright. She groaned motioning the mages to meet her cousin on the other end and to shut up that brat. Broadcasting your lineage was for females, the child was just painting a big target in his forehead.
She dropped down, sweeping her hair back and walked to Delvain with her staff at hand. The guards looked dead or dying but you never could be to sure.
Rile shifted the child more securely in his arms the few seconds extra he had. He snorted, rolling his eyes as Zerk used his mouth to shout instead of biting. Shifting slightly he shoved a wad of cloth into the youngsters mouth. “You are a brat.” He muttered glancing up to see how far the mages where. They had to time this right.

To his credit, Delvain gave some attempt of pursuit as Zerk was spirited off. However...Delvain was no warrior. He was no mage. He was not even a thief. His skills were utterly mundane, and such a situation was quite beyond him. He stumbled up to a short stop as Danni would confront him. He suspected this was the point where she would take him..erm..out...but he was not certain how. He was just certain it would not be to his likeing. They should have talked this through...
Zerk continues to squirm and flail as he was carried. It was only after the cloth was shoved into his mouth that the boy seemed to have something click. He reached down to his boot and scratched his fingers over the top. In doing so he managed to jerk a small slender stilletto from the stiff back. "MMMMEH!" He growled into the word smothering gag as he wrapped his fingers about the blade's handle.

Danni smiled at Delvain giving the male a slight wink before reaching out and casting a simple spell that would blind the nanny for a minute, just enough time for her and her troop to escape. She leaned in close, breath just brushing over the shell of his ear. "We kidnapped your little brat prince, you are only alive to tell them what we demand, darling." SHe ended it with the slightest of purrs before running down the alley.
Rile shifted slightly, eyes narrowing in some inkling of trouble but kept running nodding to the mages that now raced beside him. They burst from the alley into the crowded market place making a swift beeline to the cart a other soldier dressed in full uniform as driver yelling at others to load properly. A typical supply run.

Delvain did not respond to the small wink, just in case someone else was nearby to read his expression. When the blindness fell over him he jerked in shock. He heard and felt the whispered words against his eat, and he threw out his hands to touch against the wall. Well..this would conviently explain why he was not giving chase!
Zerk gripped the dagger in his hand. Being held as he was, he could not get a clear shot at a vital organ...not that he though he'd hit anything witht he armor his kidnapper was wearing. So instead he was forced to stab blindly at the back of Riles leg, in the hopes of making him drop himself at the very least.

Rile hissed feeling cold metal slid blindly tearing leather and scrapping flesh. He shifted Zerk so the child dangled, just gripping the collar holding him away from his body like trash falling back into a light jog. "If you choke it just makes my life easier," he hummed. "So it's probably best if you drop the weapon."
Danni snorted glancing at the forms before slidding and disappearing into the crowd. She would meet up with them latter.

Instead of releaseing the weapon, Zerk reached up with one hand to rip the cloth gag from his mouth. The hand which held the weapon he sliced blindly behind him in hopes of strikeing the hand that was holding him.
"Nggggh! Let go! Let me go!! I'm going to stab your eyes out!"

Rile sigh before meeting the glaze of the soldier maning their escape cart. He grinned slightly as the other nodded and causally tossed Zerk into the cark face first before clambering in after and laying over the boy, pressing the small body into the soft fabrics with his larger heavier one. "Shushh boy. Or I'll find a more uncomfortable gag to plug your mouth."
