From her spot beside the blackboard, Haruko watched, arms crossed across her chest, as her student wrote down a response to the situation she presented her with.
"Is this alright?"
Haruko turned her attention from the writting on the board to her student and gave her a small smile of encouragement before returning her focus to Amaranth's response. "Good job Amaranth-san. This is a really good and solid response, wouldn't you agree Kenji-san?" Haruko turned to face Kenji as she waited for his reply.

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninKenji didn't say anything at all. In fact, it was rather strange as he hadn't seemed to do much of anything in the last few minutes. he was jsut standing there with a smile painted on his face constantly. One would even wonder if he was alive. Then, suddenly, he began to tilt over as it looked like he was about to fall right in front of Haruko without making any attempt to catch himself on the way down...

Haruko looked at her partner curiously seeing how he didn't respond to her question and was acting rather unlike himself, 'What's wrong with him today? He's totally out of it. First he walks into the room casually, and now he's not talking at all! Something is definitely wrong with this picture.' Just as she was about to question his behavior, she saw Kenji began to tilt over looking like he was going to fall face first in front of her without even bothering to stop himself. "Holy s***!" Haruko cried out without much thought as to the fact that she just swore in front of a student and attempted to catch Kenji.

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninKenji fell swiflty down into Haruko's arms as she moved quickly to catch him, but as his body made contact, it burst into a puddle of water getting her arms and chest completely wet. What followed next was a common occurrence in the classroom, though the student would not know it to be so as the room began to shake as the rumbling of water could be heard as an enormous wave of water slammed into the window and was trying to gush into the room. The new windows were holding steady thanks to the repair crew's tenaciousness to stop Kenji's antics. However, after a few seconds, two clangs could be heard as the water pushed a few kunai up against the window and no later was the sound heard then did an explosion occur as the window was demolished and the river of water rushed into the room, eventually carrying Kenji along with it as he rode wave into the classroom.
As the water emptied into the room, flooding a good 2 inches of it as it slowly drained out the door and into the hallway, Kenji simply smiled as he sloshed his way over to the teacher's desk and read the board..."Hey, that's a pretty good response. Looks like we have a good student on our hands! Wouldn't you say Haruko?" Kenji stated it rather matter-of-factly, completely ignoring what he just did, acting like it wasn't abnormal in the slightest, almost begging Haruko to ask him what the hell he was doing.

Haruko made it just in time to stop Kenji's fall and was surprised when the body exploded upon contact. 'What?!' Her surprise was soon changed to anger thought when she felt her arms and chest completely soaked in water. ‘Argh! I should’ve known it was too good to be true. Oh, just wait till I get my hands on him.’
Suddenly the all to familiar rumble resounded around the room, ‘Argh, here it comes again.’ getting up, Haruko turned to glare at the water trying to push through the window. ‘Heh, at least the new windows seem to be holding on pretty well…’ Just as suddenly as the thought came, two kunais were pushed against the glass by the current and broke through. Water rushed into the room and filled at least 2 inches of the room before slowly draining out the open door.
Haruko was now soaked from head to toe and watched as Kenji waltz into the room without a care in the world, totally oblivious to the damage he caused. ‘Oh, he’s so dead.’
"Hey, that's a pretty good response. Looks like we have a good student on our hands! Wouldn't you say Haruko?
Haruko muttered some incoherent curses under her breath as she reached for her kusarigama with her right hand, walking over to Kenji, Haruko gave him a murderous smile. ”Yeah, I know, isn’t she great. Maybe a certain someone could learn a thing or two from her. But before that…” Haruko whipped her kusarigama at Kenji in an attempt to chain him up. ”…punishment.”

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninKenji was far too busy beaming at Haruko after making his little statement knowing that it would annoy her to see the Kusarigama's chain come at him. His eyes opened just as Haruko said 'punishment', and by then it was too late as the chain angled itself around him, quickly wrapping up his arms and chest as the heavy end of the Kusarigama bashed into his chest, causing him to let out a gasp of wind as he stepped back in pain. What might have been expected from Kenji then was an apology, or some kind of grimaced look, but instead he simply chuckled and smiled sweetly at Haruko before offering a comment of his own, knowing full well that he was at her mercy..."Chains again Haruko?...I thought you said last time that you didn't like doing this sort of thing in public. If memory serves, it's not much of a punishment either." The smile the formed after he finished was the same as it was when he first entered the room...beaming at Haruko, knowing that the statement would more then likely crawl under her skin and cause her more annoyance then anything else he could do to the wall of the classroom.

Amaranth smiled slightly as the teacher praised her work and was turning to look at Kenji when she saw him falling. Amaranth was opening her mouth to shout a warning when she saw Haruko already moving in to catch the falling teacher. Amaranth's eyes widened as the teacher suddenly liquefied, simply turning to water as Haruko caught him. After a moment, she realized that the teacher wasn't worried, but annoyed. As she noticed this, Amaranth quickly glanced around the room, and began to wonder if this was just another part of the lesson before the room began to shake.
After glancing around the room for the cause of the disturbance, Amaranth heard a loud rumbling sound and slowly turned to look at the window, now completely covered in water. As two kunai hit the glass, the short student grabbed the ledge below the black board before bracing herself for the torrent of water that had just burst through. Amaranth looked around quickly and released her grip on the blackboard when she realized the water wasn't about to sweep her away. Smiling uncertainly, Amaranth slowly asked, "Umm... Does this happen often?" as Haruko advanced on Kenji with a malicious grin on her face.

Haruko watched her chain wrapped themselves around Kenji and smirked when she saw the heavy end it bashed into his chest. 'If he gives up now, I'll let him off easy.' But it seemed he wasn't going to give in so easily today and upon hearing his comment, Haruko could feel herself getting more and more annoyed. 'That's it, he's done for!' Forgetting that there was a student in the room, Haruko continued to advance towards Kenji with a very very strong murderous intent.
"Who said I was done? You know me Kenji-san, I hate to do things half-way." Haruko pulled on her end of the kusarigama thus tighening its hold around Kenji, "Well, since you seem to enjoy yourself so much with crashing against windows and throwing yourself across the air...how about I have Rei take you around town throwing you against every building in town. And then once that's over, I think I'll have Rei dangle you above some cliff somewhere. Oh, and you'll be chained, the whole time. Don't think you're getting out of this one so easily Kenji-san." Haruko then began tugging on the chain and pulling Kenji towards the now broken window.

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | Genin"Come now Haruko...must we exchange such angry words in front of our new stUDent..." Kenji's intonation on his last word was caused by the tightening of the chain which folded around him. This new anger he had stirred in Haruko was somewhat strange as his antics have never earned such reaction before..."...and here I was thinking that by your surprised expression you missed my rather ornate entrances. The Academy has been made to see, through no small effort on my own, that the widespread and consistent destruction of the walls is a Wonderful opportunity for the other Genin who specialize in Doton jutsu to practice their wall reconstruction jutsu."
Kenji actions to this point had been jovial, with wide smiles and laughter all between and he gave another quick smile to Haruko hoping she would soon laugh, but he was instead jerked heavily by the chain as she pulled him towards the window which concerned Kenji to think she might actually follow through with her action. Kenji was immediately struck with the poosibility that he was actually angering Haruko...something he would never wish and as he was pulled closer he lowered his voice as he came nearer to her so the student could not hear..."You know I would never do anything to purposefully hurt you, but if my actions or words do that in some form, you have my deepest apologies my dearest Haruko. I would hate to create strife between us over such a minor thing as a broken window..."

Haruko had just reached the window and was about to reach for her family pendent when she heard Kenji come closer and whisper an apology to her. Haruko released a sigh and turned around to face Kenji, "Alright, forget it. You were just trying to bring some fun into the lesson and besides, I just can't seem to stay mad at you." Haruko then began loosing the chain. "Oh, and don't forget to pay for the damage you've done to the classroom today. I think the water might've caused some leaking onto the floors below so be prepared to pay up a whole lot of money."

Watching the two teachers bicker and argue, Amaranth sighed softly and started eating another biscuit, this must be normal for them. Munching away at her snack, the large student wandered over to a chair and sat down, removing a large ninjutsu scroll from somewhere in her bag and began to read. Glancing up every so often, Amaranth watched with mild amusement as the teachers continued their arguing, Haruko dragging Kenji over to the window for some reason. Eventually they seemed to reach some sort of agreement and Haruko released her hold on Kenji. With the teachers no longer distracted, Amaranth rolled up the scroll and placed it back within her bag before standing back up and moving towards the teachers.

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninRelieved to see that Haruko was not upset with him anymore, Kenji began recoiling her Kusarigama for her before handing it back to her with a bemused smile at her comment about the water Seeping through the floors. "My dear Haruko, how long have we been together here in the village and you are still concerned with the effects of the water I bring around me. Need I remind you of the fight in the sewers with one of our former students?" Kenji's face lit up in a smile remembering their 'altercation' there before performing a few hand seals and concentrating as the water which had flooded the room began to move to him and form into a large mass of water around him which he waved out the window causing the water to splash harmlessly into the streets/fields near the building, where it would quickly evaporate.
"See? Crisis averted and at no bill to my account within the village, if such a thing even exists. now then, back to our student." Kenji turned to the girl who seemed to be patient with the two of them, strangely patient in how she regarded the whole scene without a word, but patient none the less. "So far you have shown good promise! Why don't you tell us a little more about yourself. The profile is normally so dry to read, when I would much rather hear a person's story from their own mouths."
{{OOC ...(out of character) , Tell me what God-modding is and why its something we are so negatively agaisnt, and also what the term 'Metagaming' means, and give an example.}}

"Oh... More about me?" Amaranth asked, slightly surprised at the instruction, but responding anyway, "Umm... well, my Jutsu has some control over time, though I haven't tested just how much control yet. I have a scythe which I am quite proficient in using, but I left it behind today... Oh and my bag is larger inside then out." She stated, demonstrating by placing her arm in the bag, reaching up to her shoulder where it should only reach the middle of the forearm. Pausing for a moment, Amaranth brushed some of her red hair out of her eyes and removed her arm from the bag, holding a large scroll. "And I'm compiling a list of jutsu on this scroll, though there isn't much on it yet."
Returning the scroll to the bag, Amaranth adjusted her scarf self-consciously and asked Kenji, "Is there anything else you want to know, or is that all?"
((Godmodding is making/using a superpowerful character that either has: no weakness or a very obscure one, the ability to constantly use super powerful attacks without tiring or any of a number of things that basically makes their character godlike. It just spoils the roleplay for other people, as most godmodders will never let themselves be defeated, even when outnumbered or outranked in a battle.
Metagaming is taking advantage of information that the person knows, but the roleplay character doesn't. Such as reading an opponents profile and knowing their fears and weaknesses the moment they meet, then proceeding to use such information to defeat them.))

A small blush crept across Haruko's face at the mention of the sewer incident awhile back but she quickly pushed the thought away and returned her focus to what was going on in the classroom. Haruko watched as Kenji threw the large mass of water out the window and onto the street to evaporate.
Leaning against the window, Haruko turned to face Amaranth and listened intently as she talked about herself. "Wow, a time controling jutsu, that's really interesting. That bag of yours is really fancinating as well. So Amaranth-san, what's you're fighting style? Are you a close range, mid-range, or long range kind of person?"
{Good explaination. So can you list some methods people could use to try and avoid godmodding/metagaming?}

Still adjusting her scarf nervously, Amaranth looked over to Haruko as the teacher asked another question. "Well... It's mainly close range, focusing on the scythe, but I have some taijutsu skill. I have had some ideas for some long ranged attacks but they haven't been perfected yet." As she finished speaking, Amaranth looked slightly disappointed, it had been a good idea... shaking her head slightly, the short student refocused on the teachers and awaited further questions or instructions, nibbling at a biscuit while she waited.
((To avoid them, reacting and thinking like your character would. If they have never met the person, then your character wouldn't know any weaknesses. Godmodding can be avoided by never directly stating damage, the enemy should always be given the opportunity to dodge. Remembering that (In most cases), your character is not immortal or invincible. Also profile checking and explanations of godmodding help deter unintentional godmodding.))
