it's your choice. You may have either thirteenth or twelfth, it all depends on what you want for your character. ^_^

I have a Zanpakuto in mind. Once I get to writing it up and all the formalities I'll PM it to ya Mirouni. It'll only have a Shikai though.

Okeey, sounds good.
Higure is only going to use shikai for the majority of stuff, as I am still trying to figure out what role I want him to play, and his bankai is difficult to fight with in role-play...

UPDATE! ^_^
As of now, we have filled the following positions.
2nd Squad Captain
- Head of the Onmitsukido
Leader of Las Noches
12th (or 13th?) Squad captain
And one other captains seat, depending on what I decided to do with Higure.
That leaves.. 10 captains seats, and 13 vice seats. We don't need to worry about vices just yet, but allow me to make it clear that we won't be just handing them out first come, first serve.
I would also like it if you guys could take a peak at the rules I've drawn up, and tell me what you think.

I think all of the main stuff is up.. I need to write up some rules for arrancar, quincy, and bount, but after that we will be almost ready for members, with the last thing being the empty captain's seats.
