Sgt Buckner Got the scope mount, I'm trying to figure out how to get the rear sight off so I can mount the rail. Help? Halp?

Fresnel Sgt Buckner Sgt Buckner Got the scope mount, I'm trying to figure out how to get the rear sight off so I can mount the rail. Help? Halp? High explosives. Can those solve problems I will have after I do that, such as not having my 22 anymore and the police station that is a 5 minute drive away?

Can those solve problems I will have after I do that, such as not having my 22 anymore and the police station that is a 5 minute drive away? Explosives on cop cars, explosives on gun store wall. Problems solved.

Problems solved. California, Fres Anyway, here's a pic of the rear sight. It looks like it's supposed to slide out, but I can't get it to move.

It looks like it's supposed to slide out, but I can't get it to move. Tap it out with a brass hammer, or a steel hammer and a brass punch. But beware, it only slides out in one direction. I THINK it's right-to-left, but I could be wrong.
