Todd smiled at his greeter and made his way inside and toward the food area. He wasn't too hungry due to Elliot's need to overfeed him before sending him off to someone's home. But Elliot had also told him it was rude to deny food that was offered to you, and there was always more room for good food. That was Todd's personal view of it at least.
As he picked a few pieces up and placed them on a plate, he glanced up at the mention of Wii, his ears perking curiously. " What's a wee?"

"A Wii is a game system," Chris said. "We got one for Christmas. My little sister, Jordi's little brother, and Rory's little sister are in there with it, they'd show you how to use it if you wanted."
"Although they're still pretty little," Jordan admitted, pointing at the stuffed mushrooms. "More of those," she told Chris.
"Let go of my Rayne!" Carmel said, jumping on Coba's back. He didn't even sway with the extra weight, but he did laugh.
"She's my Rayne!" he said evilly, enjoying teasing Carmel as much as he teased Rayne in some ways.
"AHEM!" Missy said from the door, making them all look up guiltily.

Rayne gave a little whimper, pleading for Mrs Missy to take her away! She wanted to change back into a girl so she could play the game! You couldn't play on the Wii when you didn't have any hands!
"It's fun," Rory told Todd. "It's basically playing a video game standing up and moving around," she added to the whole Wii description.

" Oh! Wii sounds fun! I'd love to play," Todd grinned happily, his tail starting to wag again as he popped a snack into his mouth. His eyes then fell on the small fox who apparently was named Rayne. He was curious and figured he could ask.
"Can she change forms too?" One of his ears fell down to the side as he popped yet another snack into his mouth.

"Hmm?" Chris asked, finishing Jordi's plate and handing it to her before he glanced into the hall where the kids had gotten to. "Rayne?" he asked the boy.
"Hand her over, Coba," Missy said in her "mother knows best" voice. Reluctantly the little gargoyle held up the fox cub, sighing as she was taken, along with her clothes, to Carmel's room to change back.
"You're not as good to ride on as my brother," Carmel said, looking over Coba's head so they were eye to (upside down) eye. Then she hopped off and headed into the dining room. "I want food!!" she declared.

"Change as well?" Rory replied, unaware that he also changed. Then she grinned. "Yes, she does when ever she's startled. But the bad thing is, she can be easily startled, if she's not paying too much attention to what's around her. Especially when Coba's around."
After a sneeze and dressing again, Rayne came out of the room, nudging her classes back up her nose. She was a little girl yet again, and thankfully if you asked her.

"Only when startled?" Todd tilted his head to the side in wonder as he popped yet another snack into his mouth.
Someone else who could change into a fox, now that was a rarity for Todd. It's not that he thought he was the only one who could, he just never met anyone else who could. He resisted the need to chase after Rayne and play 20 questions, deciding that was a bit on the creepy side, and chose to grab a few more things to munch on.

"Yep, only when startled," Rory confirmed with a smile. Well, this was interesting to her to know another who also turned into a fox! Rayne would like that, she was sure. "She's little, though, so if she can control it, we don't know it."

Jordan, her plate in her hand, hopped off of the chair and headed for the front room. She wanted to see the gaming!
Chris finished filling up his own plates, glancing at the other two. "Wanna go watch them play?" he asked. "If we're lucky, we might even get to play a bit."

Todd nodded in response to Chris' question, quickly filling his plate back up before making his way into the other room. He was really interested in seeing what a Wii was exactly.
"What kind of games do you play on it?"

"Like Mario Cart, and sports games, or bowling, or Zelda. They're real fun," Rory told him, though it was kinda a short explanation. "Whatever they make for it, really." She carried a second plate for Rayne to eat off of.
In the other room, Rayne looked up at them as they came in. Her eyes widened at seeing the other fox kid.

Coba and Carmel's eyes followed Rayne's, and narrowed dangerously. Another person that would fight over Rayne's attentions! At least, that's what Coba thought until his sister batted him upside the head and shoved her plate in front of him.
"You can have half," Jordie told him. "But if you eat more than that you gotta make the next plate."
"Ohhh," Coba said, his attention going to the food as easily as that.
"Carmel, why don't you let Todd here try playing a game?" Chris said as he sat down with his food.
"Okaaaay."

Todd eyed Rayne for a moment, smiling brightly at her, but then it soon turned into an awkward grin as he caught the glares of the other two. He covered his awkwardness by paying more attention to his plate than the people in the room.
"What game is it?" Happy for the distraction, Todd set down his plate and took a few steps toward what he assumed was the Wii.

"My Little Pony," Rayne told him, and then, because he was a boy and boys, didn't really go for ponies: "We can play another game. There's Mario Cart! And Wii Sports," she told him, knowing they had those games here too. She nudged up her glasses up her nose as she told him these things too.

Chris munched on his food, content to let the kids play. Maybe, he thought as he glanced over at Rory, this hadn't been too bad of an idea, after all. At least the kids seemed to like it.
