Several hours after blowing up the 7th Division Captain’s living Quarters, Hei approached the Maggot’s Nest with his right arm extended. The reason for this was that he had his Zanpakutō in hand, ready to pass them off to one of the two guards standing just outside the single entrance to the prison. Quickly doing so, Hei passed the guards and threw open the door, and did what he considered to be a favor for the guards. This favor was actually to tell them that if anything happened to his Zanpakutō, they would both be killed, and it would have been a disservice to withhold this information. The guards, frozen with fear, paid no attention to the small girl in Hei’s wake that simply walked past them without so much as a glance anywhere but forward. Once inside, the door clanged shut behind them and several beings in pure white robes looked up in a half-interest to see who was here. The old cowered in fear because they had been here during at least part of Hei’s stay and the young cowered in fear as well, but for a different reason entirely. They had seen him in action or heard tale of him before. Some noticed the girl, some didn’t, and to the one foolish enough to approach her, she granted him the pain of having a Gynoid’s foot in his groin. This one slipped to the ground, writhing in agony and none approached her after.

Approaching the door to the private cells, Hei was stopped by another guard dressed in the typical militia outfit. "I’m sorry sir, but there is already another back there. We cannot allow two visitors at once." With a downcast glare, Hei palmed the woman’s face and tossed her aside with ease, but the Onmitsukidō member did not crash, but rather landed gracefully on the ground a few feet off to the side. "While I respect your boundaries, I am not a visitor." Hei reached for the door’s handle and just as the woman reached for Hei’s wrist, his words that were dripping with sadism stopped her dead in his tracks, mere centimeters from Hei’s skin. "Touch me with that hand, and it will never touch anything ever again." There was a resulting silence for several seconds as the woman contemplated this, then removed her hand. "If you are not a visitor, then may I ask the nature of your vis- er… appearance?" Hei’s gaze slid to the right, looking at the smaller woman whose eyes he could not make out. "There is a Captain you have detained in the back and I am here to set her free. I’ve obtained permission from the 2nd Division Captain himself." Reaching into his robes, he flashed a small piece of paper quickly, and then waited impatiently. Begrudgingly, the woman faded into the shadows of the structure leaving Hei and the girl in his wake all alone. In truth Hei had no permission whatsoever, and the paper was nothing more than a list of stuff he needed from his warehouse the next time he went over there. However, there were very few people that would question him further, so the mere idea that he had permission was enough to get him what he wanted.

Pulling the door too him, stale air rushed into his face, bringing memories of his time here flooding back into his mind. "They really do know how to make a place uncomfortable. What low-life peasants these jailers are. This place hasn’t changed at all." He said mostly to himself as the girl behind him nodded silently as if her opinion actually mattered. Making their way in, the two traversed the halls, nearing the back cells where Yuki was kept. Hei flung the cell door open and he looked from Yuki to Mochi and back again. "Ah, you seem to have worked out your differences, most excellent." Tsukiko moved from behind Hei and approached Yuki, and placed her right hand upon the mask across Yuki’s face. A thin laser came from her finger and sliced the mask open, which allowed Tsukiko to slowly peel the mask halves off. Using a blue liquid from her robes, Tsukiko removed the sticky substance from Yuki’s face, allowing her to open her mouth. Two laser bursts later and Yuki’s bindings were removed and tossed to the side.

Yuki didn't really know what was going on when Hei entered, but gathered that she was being released when Tsukiko removed her mask and bindings. Shuddering, Yuki pulled the blanket over her and curled up into it while expressing her thanks to Tsukiko. Rei lept into the air and landed on Hei's chest, then scurried up it and into his robes where he rummaged about for a while until emerging from his robes dragging Yuki's tanto out with the cord between his teeth. Another leap and he was back on her bed inching the Zanpakutō closer and closer to her with his nose. Once it touched her body, despite the blanket in the way, Yuki felt it's power ripple through her. It wasn't enough to give her her energy back, but it certainly did return her vitality and complexion. Now her features didn't look so worn, nor did she look tired anymore. However, she was still quite cold, so she retreated further into the blanket.

I am hiding from some beast

Now its just what I've become

Its already done

After Hei and Mochi had left, Yuki turned on her side and slid her hands between her legs, using her own body heat to keep them warm. "What have I done... I know it was the right thing to do, but no one will ever make me feel the same way ever."
