On a lighter note, While talking about having called 9-1-1 we asked Justin what he would have done had he needed to call for Grandma. He started off real strong. He told us he would press the 9 and then the 1 twice, he would tell the operator his name and what was wrong. But next is the good part. I asked him if he knew what his address was so that he could tell them how to get here. He answered proudly, "Snicklebeast at gmail.com!"
Needless to say we all broke into fits of laughter. So hard that I was crying... What a smart kid I have!! rofl That's one of those kid stories that needs to go in a magazine in the little submissions readers send in! I love it!
I really need to teach Jade our address. Right now I'm working on our last name, although she can say it, she can't spell it. (She can spell Jade and Ella though!) and I've mentioned address before because I want her to know it, but it hasn't stuck yet.
Jade knows about 911 from one of her computer games, but she doesn't know how to use our cell phones yet, and we don't have a land line right now. I need to teach her to unlock the phone and how to press send after she's dialed, but I'm afraid to because she'll actually use it, like when I fell down the stairs, she tried to dial 911 on my phone, which is good, it's what Jason told her to do, but it really wasn't necessary in that case, so I'm glad it didn't work.
