Will the snowman contest be real life snow creations or drawing? And I posted on the event board that for a white/black list, we would do "Pure Snow" and "Dirty Snow" to go with the theme.

How about of instead of the snowman contest, we have one where people send in a picture of how their greeting the New Year?
Actually, unless someone comes up with a new idea for a contest, I think we'll end up with only two contests.

How about an Ice Crafting Competition? Contestants have to draw out a crafted figure from an ice block and color it so that it looks as elegant as beautiful as the real thing. A lyrics/writing competition that has a snow theme can work as well.

We could also do song edits. Like, we take the song "Walking in a Winter Wonder Land" and have people try to rework the lyrics.

How about letting people draw pictures of their New Years Resolution? The contestant who's picture best reflects his/her own wishes and holds much meaning wins the contest. ^^

It's a Winter Wonder Land...
I used Shunatsu Poetry Idea for the 3rd contest, and Broken's Ice Castle Idea for the over all theme of the event. Useing Broken's Idea I made it so people have a little Story, and a Location so that some Light RolePlaying can take place.
I also added a place where people can buy ad space, and a Bride Spot as well.
...So slip and fall so I can see another color besides Blue outside.
