thump.. "Gwaaaah!!" thump thump "Gwaah! Gwah!" THUMP!
The nightstand vibrated and shook as something below ran into it's legs.. And it seemed every time it collided, a painful infant like cry echoed from the foot of the bed. If one would of looked, the book that had been on the nightstand had disappeared.. Well, the nightstand was shaking.. Maybe it fell?
..Maybe.. But most likely maybe not.
Upon looking to inspect where the book had gone, or what was making that awful racket for one thing, one would of found themselves looking at a headless infant body crashing into the night stand again and again.. It looked like the child had been freshly decapitated, for one could see down inside it's throat where muscle and tendons pulsated. Yet the child wasn't bleeding.. For that matter, it was moving!!
THUMP!
Yet again it ran into the nightstand leg, and yet again out came a pain filled cry of a baby. But it wasn't coming out of the headless body.. No no.. It was coming from something else..
.. Something at the foot of the bed..
Towards the foot of the bed on the floor was a well carved pumpkin, that looked like it had a traumatized expression on it's face as wax like tears went down it's sides. Every time the headless body collided, the pumpkin let out another cry. It seemed to be trying to direct the body with random blurbs and babbles.. But to no avail as the head continued to run into the nightstand, and somehow inflict pain on this poor little fruit..
Wait a minute.. Headless body..? Pumpkin? .. oh snap.
