Altair merely sighed as he unsheathed his sword. Using his elemental manipulation, he imbued his katana with wind chakra as a swirling wind coated the blade. As the chidori senbons approached him, Altair used his mastery of the blade and Hidden Mist Swordstyle to twirl his blade in a single fluid motion, deflecting the senbons that were aimed at him. The wind chakra was used in order to negate the effects of the lightning, since wind beats the lightning element. As he finished parrying, the sky becomes cold as snow begins to rein down from the heavens. The wind blew fiercely as Altair's ability became apparent...there was a blizzard coming...

• Eternal Night of the Blizzard
The user reduces the temperatures greatly as they weave handsigns. Slowly the sky becomes so cold it gets darker, almost as if it was night. Then it begins snowing, picking up in speed and weight making more snow fall. Within moments, trees are covered with snow and ice, the ground literally frozen. Wind brings about chilling factors as the snow storm blows over, lightening up. However, the snow is fairly heavy in the fall, making visibility difficult. This technique is only usable if the area contains a large amount of water vapor, areas like a desert or places with droughts and your general waterless areas this technique is unusable. The blizzard goes for 5 posts, and even afterwards snow continues falling. Ice and snow jutsu is easier to use -1 rank

"And the forces of the demons are on mine," Altair chuckled manicaly as he twirled the sword skillfully, jumping high into the sky. The lave quickly formed on the ground as it flooded the area, even the trees were being set on fire. If he couldn't land on the ground...he would fly. "Demonic Ice Wings!" Altair cried out as the sword in hand shone with blue chakra. As he was falling into the lava, the sword froze over as ice stretched out unto Altair's back. Ice stretched out of his shoulder blades as they formed into large demon ice wings. Altair flapped his wings as he took to the skies, looking down upon the clone. "Heh...all you're doing is just wasting chakra," he stated simply. He was in the sky now, but he was watchful. THis shinobi uses lightning, which could be used against him. But it didn't matter, his matches with Sephiroth has made him experienced against lightning users.

"Heh..." Altair said as he recognized the hand seals easily. It was the same ones both Sephiroth and Noctis used against him during his battles with them. Knowing what was coming next he gathered the snow around him using simple snow manipulation, covering himself up in a thick ball of snow hanging in the air. Simple for someone with his talent and the fact that the blizzard was still blowing, snow was abundant. The lightning struck at the snow, but Altair had it reinforced with his chakra. The lightning continued to strike until it was over. Once the attack was done, the snow fell to the ground as he remained in the air. "Is that all...?" Altair asked him.
