Detaining him would be child's play, should he get out of hand. On the other hand, Hei didn't feel like using that until it was completely necessary, despite how quickly it would subdue him. "More abilities... Impossible. Not from two opposite elements. One has to be a master to use both dark and light simultaneously... even I cannot do it perfectly. It was good and bad at the same time to have him here. Hei would be useful if Kato was unstable when he awoke, but there were millions of things that Hei could do to Kato. Elisia had been about to go in a short while but it seemed as if she was going to stay around. She didn't completely trust Hei yet, even though she knew his sister quite well.
“I'll wait.” she said, seemingly to no-one.
She felt like telling Hei to stop destroying the jambs, but she bit her tongue to prevent from doing so. Hei in a bad mood would not be a pretty sight to see.
A sigh escaped her as she looked moodily around the room. This was really a bit of a bad timing. The second that she would be able to sit down and have a proper conversation with her Lieutenant and the Captain-Commander, problems had already occurred. She bit her lip in worry. She had barely any time to even start to talk to her Lieutenant and get to know Napoleonita. Hopefully she would be able to after this mess went. Napoleonita must hate the fact that Elisia had been dragging her everywhere. Then again, it was Elisia's fault that she had not had a proper time to be able to converse with her Lieutenant. Napoleonita seemed pretty nice. Thinking carefully, she summoned a Hell Butterfly and whispered a message to it. Letting it fly off, she felt a little better. That eased her worries just the tiniest bit.

Kato's eyes opened at the sharp crack of wood. He pushed himself upright and said with his own voice, as well as a new, more sinister voice doubling over it:
"Hei, would you mind not doing that? I have more important things to do than clean up splinters." At the end of that sentence, an incredibly powerful dark reiatsu flooded the room. Kato blinked once, and the pressure vanished. It seemed like he didn't notice it at all.[Bleh. In fact, he was quite calm for the moment, staring blankly at things around him, not focusing on anything longer than a few seconds. It seemed as though Kagezume decided he was going to have a match with Kato's Reiatsu, to test the stronger of the two. Hei, on the other hand, couldn't care less about it, and was only curious to see how long it would be before Kato fell victim to the darkness within. Being quite intuitive, he had a general idea of what was going on. Pressing his forarms into the material harder, he made another crack, sending the noise echoing into the otherwise quiet room. "I don't think I will stop. You are welcome to try and make me, if you so wish." Hei's gaze traveled away from Kato, and fell on various things in turn, As usual, his true intentions were masked, and only what he wanted others to believe was kept on the surface. x 「 Dαгκηεss 」 sнαʟʟ sтαч xx

Taken by surprise, she nearly fell off the bed but caught herself just in time. Her eyes widened as she heard the sinister voice which was doubling over his own voice. This was bad. Balancing herself precariously on the edge of the bed, she staggered a little when the dark reiatsu was released. She wasn't used to it and this time, she got off the bed. If Kato kept on releasing reiatsu like this, she was going to fall off. What was going on? A worried and anxious look appeared on her face and she totally ignored Hei's remark. Hei was here for something, and staring at Hei's face would not reveal anything, unfortunately.
“Are you sure you're alright? Your reiatsu completely changed...” she told Kato, “What's the last thing you remember before passing out?”

She had left her Lieutenant for long enough and it was about time that she returned. Hopefully, nothing would go wrong in the meantime. Standing up, she patted Kato’s hand.
“Kanpata, call me if anything’s wrong, alright?” she said, knowing that Kanpata was most likely listening somewhere.
After shooting Hei a glare, she squeezed past him and out of the room.

Kato heard Elisia's questions, but his mind wouldn't let him respond. Instead, a gust of wind filled the room and Hei would notice that Kato was standing about 3 inches behind him, facing the opposite direction, as if to leave. The dark voice was increasingly dominant this time when he said:
"Don't push me now, b***h." And with that beautiful parting gesture, he disappeared out the door and out of sight.

This time wasn't any different, as even before he was there, Hei drew his katana and stabbed backwards into his left flank. It was the wind that made it so easy to predict where he would be, so it was only a matter of doing so. Not wondering whether or not it had struck him, Hei walked into Kato's room as he left and liberated a pouch from his robes. Leaving Hei to himself inside someone else's room was most unwise, especially after he had been insulted. For the next several minutes, Hei went about planting marble-sized explosives all around the room. When he was done, he strode out the door and ripped the right jamb clean out of the door frame and continued outside.
The second he was outside, Hei used a Shunpo to move several dozen feet away from the building and pulled out a short metal cylinder capped with a blue button. He smirked and hit it, making the building explode. As he walked nonchalantly away from the fiery explosion, Hei threw the right door jamb into the ground, embedding it about 7 inches in, as a reminder to Kato to what he had said and done. "Never cross me." Hei cracked a crazed smile and vanished in a flutter of Shinigami robes. |Exit| x 「 Dαгκηεss 」 sнαʟʟ sтαч xx

Ronin returned only to find his Captains quarters burn and still somewhat in a blaze. "Captain....CAPTAIN!!!" he shouted in horror as he wanted to enter but other squad members grabbed him as they began to put out the blaze. "Who did this!?!" Ronin asked in anger as he was being held back from entering. "It was my duty to stand by my captains side..." Ronin said as they let him go seeing he was calming down a bit. Ronin was in a state of disbelieve that his captain may be dead. "Captain Kato..." Ronin slowly stood up and held a depressed look on his face. "Inform another squad, I will contact the Head Captain..." Ronin said as he made a fist in anger, but there was no expression of anger on his face, only depression and pain. "Hurry and put out the fire before evidence is destroyed..." he said as he turned began to walk over to a tree, where he than just leaned his back against and began to stare off into space.
Just as he said one of his squad members bowed and disappeared to inform near by squads of the explosion.

A few days past and Ronin was still alone, the Captains office was just recently repaired thanks to his diligent work, and still under investigations by him and his fellow squad members. Ronin walked by the office and only looked at it with a dead stare and sighed a bit before walking off to attend to his duties a Vice-Captain. As he walked he looked at the report from before about the fire, it was caused by explosives, but of kind Ronin never seen or heard of before. "I wonder..." Ronin said to himself a she walked off to his chamber to file paper work. He seemed to be a bit more quiet and stay to himself unless giving orders or is sent on a mission with other. Ronin didn't believe his captain was lost, he was waiting for his return. Like a faithful Lt. should.

KATO MEISHI “Turn your ｆａｃｅ to the sun and the ｓｈａｄｏｗｓ fall behind you...”•xx • xx • Kato was just reading over a rather large report about theories that might have caused the fire to his house when he heard a knock on his door. He glanced outside. The sky was already beginning to fade to night; the last traces of sun were already disappearing. He walked over to the door and slid it open. Outside was two officers.
"What seems to be the problem, soldiers?" Kato asked. "It's...the human world," one officer said, struggling to catch his breath. "We have just received word that we should be on high alert...must be something with the Human World...What do you suggest we do?" Kato paused and blinked as the adrenaline coursed through his veins once again. "Well," he mused. "..I guess it's time to muster up a recon force. Get me the locations of Elisia, Eriko and anyone else they might be with. Also, find me my lieutenant and tell him to find me. Go!" The two officers took off in opposite directions, alerting other officers who also followed said instructions. Kato left his study, but not before leaving a note telling his Lieutenant where he was and how to find him. He walked out into the wind and scaled a tall building in the Sereitei. Not 10 minutes later, an officer landed beside him, stating that Elisia and another Shinigami were seen in the 12th Division Labratory, and that he would inform him as they found the others. Kato nodded and jumped off the high building, using a combination of Air Walking, Dashing, and Utusemi to make it look like he was flying there. At this rate, he would be there in 30 seconds or less. As he "flew", he pushed a finger under Kanpata's sheath, raising it slightly. "Ready for battle, Kato?" Kanpata said, knowing full well the answer.
"Always have, always will be."

Ronin walked into his captains office and appeared looked at a Shinigami that was waiting for him. "Do you know where the captain went?" he asked with a straight looked on his face. The fellow squad member only handed him a letter that was addressed to him form the captain and read it in his head. [Note Below]
Ronin,
If you have been given this letter or found it report to the squad 12 SEm ASAP, that is an order and if you must use all force if you must...
[Back to Situation]
Ronin only put the letter in his robe and looked a the lower ranked member. "I want you to keep command while I'm out." he said as the member bowed as Ronin in a very fast dash and average airwalk leaped out of the window and headed to squad 12 Grounds/ Labratory to assist his captain.

There was a weakness in his gait, a vulnerability in the way he walked; it was hard to tell that the person that left and the person that returned to the Soul Society were the same person. Kato's hands were shaking as he sat down at his desk, but he quickly picked up a pen and twiddled it in his hands, as if Kanpata didn't already know what he was thinking and wouldn't ask him if he didn't talk about it. There was an audible sigh that came from his Zanpakutō as Kato got up from where he was sitting and began to pace. "Kato," Kanpata said gently. Kato ignored him.
"Kato! Look at yourself! You're a wreck! Wh--"Kato silenced him with a wave of his hand.
"Enough, Kanpata." He began pacing as he started again, "For over 200 years, I have been a shinigami. Not once have I stopped believing that effort will produce results; that if you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything..." Kato's spoke with bitterness, almost self disgust. "Today was the first day that I saw an enemy that I was scared of, Kanpata. I am the Division 7 Captain; my job is to go where no one else will....and I was scared...to my core by...I don't even want to remember. We....WE LOST A CAPTAIN, KANPATA." Kato turned around and clutched his zanpakuto. "Do you...understand what this means? Hei was....Goddammit." He threw his zanpakuto down and sat on his bed, with his window overlooking his squad and the soon- to-be starry sky. "There was a lot of things that could be said about Hei; he was brunt, downright abusive, maybe...but he's the best we had. The Commander owes his life to Hei." Kato sighed. "It's just...well...Damnit. Teach me how to be strong, Kanpata. For 200 years, I've been increasing my physical strength, but not once have I cared about my mental strength. I....don't deserve to be here if I cannot at least stand my ground in a losing battle, Kanpata. That kills me inside." [If someone feels like coming over, that'd be nice.
