The comet had drawn the attention of a large black horse like zoid, it stood impatiently in it's solace. It wanted to move already. It was built to movie and yet it was standing still.
The dark horse was a ways off from sight, and had it's radar cloak on to not be detected by electrical devices.
"Pthhh." The Zoid let out, and gave a little trot letting the human pilot it wanted to leave already. Nothing was here. And she didn't like the rock under her hovers, she preferred the sky the ground was so...common.
"I know..." A rogues voice sighed and pulled back from the magnified screens. The pilot knew the sight of a organoid 'ejecting', and their was hopes it might be alone. But seeing the pilot spill out, the Zoid already had a partner it seemed.
So this little rouge was pointless, but yet it was a gathering. Something might come up, that's what kept the rogue's attention.
Not to mention, chicks...there where chicks....

Catastrophe growled before lowering it's head in front of the threesome, it wasn't going to attack as long as the saix stayed right where it was.
Marcia nodded "how well can you move?" she asked it was obvious the girl was stiff and having trouble moving but she wasn't sure as to the extent. Marcia opened her bag she'd brought with her. Though the Tylenol was still in the large zoid there was some water, bandages, cloths and a few other things needed for first aid.
"Yes, Blade just stay there for now alright." she responded simply, the burns where apparent how that Marcia had gotten a good look at the girl. Whether or not he could hear her she wasn't sure. Catastrophe and Agumo where being very protective of her, and she was the one who was supposed to protect them. She sighed.
Marcia waited for the girl to calm her Organoid before approaching . "Of course." she agreed. Marcia definitely wasn't here to attack, and if she had been she would have done it already instead of coming out from her zoid. Marcia gave the organoid a little bow of her head in thanks.
"I'm Marcia Rao," she introduced herself "do you mind if I take a look at your wounds?"

Watching the fallen pilot and the organoid that hovered over her, the thief nodded simply as Marcia told him to stay back. The organoid seemed rather protective of the girl, and he didn't want to make things worse by riling up the machine further. From where he was, he was able to see some of the wounds covering her. Whatever happened, it must have been pretty serious. And he couldn't help but wondered what exactly transpired.
The slight sound of whirring machinery caught his attention, causing him to turn. A ways back, he spotted a small black dot headed in his direction. Maelthra must have finally caught up. Though the MRZ still had some distance to cover before reaching the group.
"I think I have a medpack in the cockpit if you need some extra bandages or anything like that," he tossed in.

Kai attempted to shrug in her uncaring way, but the action was nipped as quickly as it begun, and she shuddered. The more focused and concious she became, the more she tried to play off the situation.
Center of attention was not her forte.
"I haven't tried." Was the blunt statement, but she took it back with a deep sigh- she shouldn't bite the hand trying to help. Cold eyes look up at the other pilot. "My injuries aren't fatal. I'm just..." She leaned back slowly against Edge's hindlimb, careful to evade the blades that adorn most of him, "...tired."
She left out the part that there was one far worse than she. How it grated on her nerves to have so much attention paid to her troubles when a friend was struggling so.
The black organoid moved, shifting forwards as if in preparation to attack, but the growl was a deep rumbling, in irritation but not aggressive, and it simply settled down. Its position was almost like he wanted to lay down as well, but remained in a sit-like position. His draconic head swiveled in another direction- Another zoid?
"Marcia Rao." Was acknowledged. She'd nod her head, but she really didn't want to put forth the effort. Introducing herself was put off for a moment; "And you are?" The words were cast towards Blade, though her gaze didn't follow.

Marcia chuckled at the girls bluntness, but gave a slow nod, "You're still have burns everywhere," she pointed out. The black organoid looked as tired as his partner, but only sat, not completely lying down.. At least he wasn't as openly hostile as before.
Marica gave a nod this girl obviously wasn't a people person, "Did you get attacked?" she asked.
Catastrophe returned to simply growling.
Marcia pulled some a bottle of water from the bag and offered it to the girl. "here." she said before looking to blade "It's alright I have one." she said rummaging through her bag for a moment.

"Blade Fyrthane," he replied while Marcia began to rummage through her things. With the black organoid seemingly relaxed enough to where it didn't appear to want to shred them apart, he figured it would be alright to get a little closer now. So, slowly approaching, he kneeled down not too far from the others while looking over Kai. She certainly wasn't in the greatest condition with all those burns.
Soon after he did this, Maelthra showed up at his side before flopping down onto its metal belly, tired from the run. Lightly, Blade patted the dragon MRZ on the head while wondering if there was anything he could offer to try and help with the situation.

Kai looked down at herself at the comment, as if she didn't know this simple fact that burns riddling her skin in shades it simply shouldn't be. "....So I do." The words were said slowly as her focus faded out, as if thinking back to what had caused it. Her expression became more grave, more serious. But she simply was at the end of her rope- she had no more energy to grab onto to get riled up about it.
"I.." Long pause, and the Republican pilot blinked and looked up to Marcia, "I.. uh, yeah."
The offer of water was an acceptable one, one which she didn't disagree with. Biologically, she hadn't eaten in about 24 hours or so- though she'd lost track of time while with her friend and the fateful battle. In true time, she hadn't eaten in over a year. The taste of water, simple water, was a bitter one, and her stomach lurched as the first thing in ages touched it. She swallowed hard to keep it down, and gave up trying to drink, despite parched lips and throat.
"My zoid was destroyed. He saved us." She tilted her head slightly upwards, indicating the black organoid, as if that was the entirity of the story.
"You aren't, by chance.. Imperial soldiers?" They didn't exactly look it, but she didn't really have the effort or desire to look hard for symbols or medals on their attire. The way she said it seemed like perhaps she wasn't on best terms with the Empire, despite the relationship they'd had for a few years. Her gaze turned to Blade, "Do you know how far this is from territory borders?" He'd come on a fast zoid, and assumed his judgement of distances would be an accurate one.
Without a clue as to what day, what year, or what area she's in, if she didn't already feel like she was going crazy- she does now.

Well that explained some things in the least. Though Blade still wondered what it was that caused Kai's zoid to be destroyed. He also had to wonder how far the organoid had traveled... as there was somewhat of a chance whatever had taken out Kai's zoid be relatively nearby.
At her question, he quirked an eyebrow some as it did amuse him. Though her uniform was tattered, it did seem to have a hint of Republic in it.
"I'm not affiliated with any army, and if I can help it, that'll stay that way," he replied before thinking on the next question. Over all, he wasn't in the area for too long so he had a fairly decent idea of how far they were.
"Hm... the closest territories is likely the rogue areas. We're about 500 to 600 miles from the border," he said after a few moments, "What exactly were you doing to get into this mess anyway? If you don't mind answering.."

Marcia nodded slowly she couldn't quite comprehend what had attacked her? Things really where starting to get interesting especially after. Marcia decided to leave it. Marcia held a cool damp cloth in her hand. "Here." she said placing it gently on one of the burns. She still kept an eye on the organoid in case it decided to change it's mind,
Marcia watched the curious reaction to the water. Marcia wondered for a moment if she was sick as well. Before she could ask Kai spoke again. Destroyed? "Did you run into a bio zoid?" Marcia asked, they where quite vicious, at least the ones she'd run into. But the fact the black organoid was the reason for the comet made more sense now. They must have come from a great distance to escape whatever perused them.
She chuckled at the question, she certainly didn't look like a soldier, not even an off duty one. "I'm not affiliated to any particular group either," she motioned to blade "and like he said the closest lands are the rouge territories." was she in trouble with the empire. It sounded like it but perhaps there was more to it than something simple.
"A Helic soldier right?" she said judging from the uniform. Marcia glanced at Blade, he was looking for something to do... Marcia sighed she couldn't think of anything for the other rogue to to at the moment.

The Sands blew about as some invisible force blew past the strange horse like ZOID and charged forward toward the group. Blaze still ached from that damn night. Not to mention being forced to change his appearance. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH A REGULAR GUNSNIPER FORM! But there was little to be done when two organoids and a half are involved. Silly things could be so pushy sometimes.
There was also the matter of leaving Titus and Kagi behind, but Blaze had to flee for the time being. He heard something and it needed his attention. The Command Wolf would be able to take care of Kagi... and Nick had told Kagi before she vanished to protect Titus. So he won't tear her apart. To much in any case. Blaze promised to return to them as soon as he figured out something... Kagi was not happy about the vagueness, but Blaze was sure Kagi wouldn't understand even if he explained.
ungh, how his head pounded with new voices. Ones that sometimes drove him nuts. Something was always calling to him, and this something was not the nicest. Blaze was far more successful in resisting it than his pilot was. But it wanted her more...
The black angry blip on the screen was a sight for sore eyes. Blaze remembered that little bean, and the litter bean next to him. The others were unrecognizable, but obviously could not be bad if there were helping the little one.
Blaze slowed all eight jets as he approached the group still invisible. Never mind how odd it must have been to see sand whipped about for no reason... When he approached the group his head lowered. He was behind the only male human in the group.
"Gwar-hissss....?" (( "Black one and little one?" )) The Berserk Sniper growled hissed as the cloak was dropped. His awkward, yet familiar looking arm, curled under his chest. It looked like an odd combination of its pilot, the red organoid, and what it formerly was.
His green eyes glanced over the three humans. He was aware of the other ZOIDs in the area, but payed them very little mind. Humans were so much more amusing!

Kai didn't pull away as Marcia placed the rag. She'd barely begun to notice her newer injuries. Mind over matter and all that. Too much drama and insanity to notice the physical realm in its full reality. Until, of course, it's pointed out.
Rogue? The way they spoke of the territory, it seemed far more.. developed, distinct, than what she remembered. Was it a greater power now? The republic pilot eyed Blade since he was more in her direct line of sight with her head back on the hard, cool metal leg of her organoid.
To Marcia's question of the bio-zoids, she answered first but with a significant, and long-drawn hesitation. "....Y-yes.." She uttered in a down-spoken, nearly closed-mouth statement. It could well be misconstrued as her not knowing what she ran into, or that there's more to the story than 'just' a bio-zoid. But, like usual, she doesn't seem willing to give up information.
The concept 'like pulling teeth' is evident here.
"I was..." Pause, "...am.. yes." Kai's faltering seemed to want to add an 'I think' or 'I might be' at the end of that answer to Marcia's later question about being a helic soldier.
She's certainly not helping herself be less... sketchy.. in front of new people.
"I'll be heading back that way eventually." Was amended after further thought. Sigh, this was difficult. Simple questions did not have simple answers. "How is the governmental status of the rogues and the two armies?" A completely irrelevant question it would seem to any sane person. A helic soldier who had to be a higher rank due to such an unusually named zoid, unknowing of current military status?
At Blade's question, she watched him for a moment, trying to draw out her answer carefully and with only the most watched words. "I got into an.. unexpected battle.. after I was already injured from a military run-in." She closed her eyes, groaning quietly as she shifted her back as if to stretch the tightening skin of the burns. She wanted to say more, really she did, but it didn't feel safe to for some reason. Edge's blue, glowing eye angled down at her, as if mirroring the feeling.
Rather suddenly, that blue eye left hers, and the wicked black organoid stood, letting his pilot fall backwards (woops?) into the dust. He growled, looking off into the distance. His blade-tipped tail swayed in a manner that didn't quite seem upset. It almost seemed if not happy, then certainly relieved.
"What the h-" Kai growled, but she didn't have the energy or effort to sit back up. She just closed her eyes. That is, until she heard that extremely familiar noise. "....Blaze?" It couldn't possibly be... She had so many questions if it were true that the zoid couldn't possibly answer, even if she herself could speak to it more directly. But at the moment, she didn't quite trust her mental recognition.
You have been missed. The exhausted ancient voice-like feeling returned to the Sniper. Familiarity was a god-send at this point, and the sigh of relief was physical in the organoid's posture. His growling-hiss was low, but calm.

At the mention of bio-zoids, Blade frowned at the thought of it. He hadn't fought one before, but he had heard a thing or two of what they're capable of. Things such as only certain weapons can harm them, though he wasn't certain how much was rumor and what was true.
"The Imperials are pretty aggressive against us right now... last I heard at least. And I hadn't heard much, but something big happened with the Republic recently. Something about an assassination attempt," he replied while trying to remember what he had heard exactly. The thief had only heard of some of it off hand, so he didn't have a whole lot to offer there.
He was about to say something else, but the sudden mini-sandstorm caught him off guard. Standing up, he tried to see if anything was around... only to suddenly find a big red gunsniper of sorts standing behind him. It was a little startling to say the least, considering normally it isn't that easy to be snuck up on by a big machine. Though, it seemed to startle Maelthra more as the MRZ began to growl at the much larger Zoid.
Jagati didn't care much for the sudden appearance of the unusual GunSniper as well. A low rumble was emitted from the cheetah but he was awaiting to see what this zoid wanted first.
"Wait, you know this Zoid?" asked Blade to Kai as he glanced over his shoulder. She didn't seem to be scared of the red Zoid, so perhaps they wouldn't need to worry about it. The Organoid's words towards the Gunsniper only affirmed this bit.

A Sigh left the rogue that spied far off. -This is getting too crowded...- The man mentally shifted though his mind, as he let his finger tips tap the seat's arm.
'Rrrreehtpth!" The dark horse reared, letting her front hooves raise to the air. She was getting tired of waiting. Purposely she slammed them down on the rock as she dropped hard letting Riot 'kindly' know she was wanting to go. And maybe it was a little pay back for using the other zoid. A 'inferior' disgusting little cat...Her human could be insulting. Ivory wouldn't have put up with this.
The pilot Jolting in his seat at the jar of the horse, letting his hands clap the controls so he didn't fly into the pit's window. "Gah! Damn it-Ebony!" Riot growled as he stabled himself.
"Seriously girl..." He growled under his breath.
-What, would you rather pilot that disgusting little kitty.- A sharp insulted voice echoed though Riot's head.
" The was one time! " Riot spoke back to the controls looking down to the glimmering bells and whistles of the command board.
-Regardless Rudolf, there is nothing here but squishies and others that are loyal to their partners-unlike some cheating pilots.- The voice coldly hissed back.
Riot rolled his eyes, to the Zoid's scolding. Seriously....

Marcia nodded simply, as she cleaned Kai's burns. she didn't seem to want to talk about it like a lot of things. Not to mention she still seemed quite out of it or something like that. "Do you want a lift back to a city on the Helic boarders?" Marcia glanced up at blade indicating he'd be the one giving the ride and not her. Catastrophe wouldn't stand for it.
Catastrophe started growling defensively as the sand picked up as though it sensed the same thing as Edge. The great zoid rose to it's full height. still standing over the group. Why the hell were more zoids coming every time he looked...it annoyed him. He was only protecting his pilot. the others just happened to be there.
Marcia covered her face for a moment as the sand picked up. she could hear Catastrophe suddenly becoming more defensive. There must be another zoid nearby. Marcia thought instantly. but it didn't look like the back Organoid was overly worried about it. Like Saga is must use a cloak of some kind.
"Is that a gunsniper?" Marcia wondered aloud. It certainly didn't look like one. at least not republic standard. She really couldn't tell. It looked like a cross between an raptor and a Sniper... and maybe something else. Marica glanced at Kai curiously as she helped the girl up to see the Gun sniper. Obviously she knew this zoid. From the black Organoid's reaction Blade's question was answered without words.
It didn't look like it was going to attack but it's sudden appearance still surprised Marcia.

If the Berserk Sniper could have cocked a brow it would have. Last he had felt from his pilot were that these two were dead, and now here they were. This would explain his odd urgency to leave Titus all of the sudden. It wasn't completely Nick requesting his presence, but rather a combination of the black organoid's revival and the Jury's change. Since his transformation he was able to sense such strange things. It might have had something to do with the odd manner in which it had happened.
In any case here were his former team mates alive and exhausted. Blaze nodded slowly at Kai, and gave a shrug and a low humm to Marcia. He -WISHED- he were still just a gunsniper, but no more. Berserk Sniper... BS. (( Is about how he still felt about it too. ))
The threatening growls of the Bone ZOID were heard, but not responded to. Blaze had no wishes to get into a fight. Not now... He meant no harm to any of the pilots nor their ZOIDs. -I am not here for battles. My presence is not threatening to you, I swear this.- He glanced back to the Lightning Saix before focusing back on the black Organoid.
-As have you two. Well... If Kagi would have had more of a sense to notice I'm sure he could have missed you more.- Blaze huffed.
-But where is Mirage? I cannot hear him any more.- His head tilted slightly as he inquired.
