Sadon opened the door and stepped into the office. Walking up to the desk and stopping a few feet from it, Sadon bows saying "Kiisho-San, Sadon from 7th Squad reporting for kidou training sir. It is an honor to learn from you today sir. You have my undivided attention sir."

Kiisho smiled warmly as the squad seven member entered the room, it had been some time since he had interacted with the members of other squads, and it was refreshing to say the least.
"Welcome, Sadon." He bowed his head lightly, to show respect, but to also make clear his higher rank. Upon noticing a second reiatsu signature, that of the newest member of squad five, he hesitated for a moment. "You may come in as well, Kiyoshi, no need to stand on ceremony." He gestured towards one of the couches in his office, turning his eyes again to Sadon. "Might I interest you both in a quick drink before training begins?"

Kiyoshi entered the room quietly and bowed low to his Vice-Captain to show respect. "Good morning...Vice-Captain...Sir."
He moved to sit on one of the couches Kiisho had waved to, waiting for his Vice-Captain to address him.
At the offer of a drink he simply said, "Yes, please...Vice-Captain..." He slowly stood and walked over to accept the drink with another bow, of gratitude.

"No need to be so formal, Kiyoshi-san." Kiisho said with a warm smile, moving over to his sake-table and pouring three glasses with practiced speed. "As long as you observe my honorific, you have nothing to worry about." He winked playfully, and took a sip of his sake, handing the second glass to Kiyoshi, and offering the third to Sadon.

Kiyoshi took the cup and sipped at it slowly, tilting the cup just barely with each sip. Careful not to over do it before training. He only took three or four small swallows before setting the cup on the corner of Kiisho's desk.
"Yes, sir...Hayashi-san..." He said, daring not overstep the boundaries of respect so far as to use his Vice-Captains first name, which he was just barely able to recall on his fist day in the squad.

Kiisho smiled, and finished his own glass, taking the empty cups and returning them to their stations.
"Now, what is it I can be doing for the two of you today. You mentioned something about training, is that correct?" His smiled continued, and he took a seat on the edge of his desk, leaning back slightly with one foot crossed over the other.

Kiyoshi looked to him nervously before saying quietly. "Yes, Sir. Hayashi-san...Kido is my best strength...and I wanted to learn more about them...the instructor at the academy said I would have to learn from a Vice-Captain..." He looked at Kiisho to make sure his answer wasn't too long and waited for a reply, fiddling his fingers.

Kiisho folded his arms across his waist, still smiling, and looked at the floor for a moment, soon returning his gaze to Kiyoshi.
"Your instructor was correct, I can indeed teach you a few kido, my own repertoire will be updated soon enough, after which I may be able to give you a little more training. Are you ready currently?"

Kiyoshi nodded quietly to Kiisho, all too eager to learn new kido, but too reserved to show it.
"When ever you want to start, Hayashi-san..." He waited for the Vice-Captain to tell him where to go.

Kiisho chuckled lightly, slightly amused by how calm the other shinigami was being.
"Very well, you and Sadon are to meet me on the kido training grounds within one hour, I just have some small paper-work to finish up here, and then I will be on my way."

Kiyoshi bowed again in thanks and smiled at him. "Thank you, Sir. I'll head over there right now." He gave his Vice-Captain a quick smile of gratitude before turning to leave and walking out, down the hall and to the training ground.
