In a doubles give him psych up, shove him on a team with a belly drummer (Charizard, Azumaril) and a load of fast/bulky paralysis support (Jumpluff, Gyarados, Miltank) and your sorted. 3nodding Or in singles a Smeargle with baton pass, spore, agility and belly drum is like god for a Dunsparce. Trust me, it isn't the easist way to win but it sure as hell is amusing. whee Why the hell would you want a modest one? Higher chance of getting elemental attacks effects? confused

Charge beam + serene grace = win too.
Guaranteed a sp.atk raise, works best with Jirachi though.
