Hakubo's stomach sank as they soared upwards...... He then looked at the two others. "I have an idea" He said knowing that the Spear would magnify his voice and not really caring at the moment. "Lets hope this works" As he said that he put his right hand at his waist and using his left drew his katana; he then Ran his thumb over the razor sharp blade and let the blood flow from the wound. A moment later he placed the bleeding digit on the palm of his puppet like arm; although it looked like normal limb though who had been at the Chunin exam years ago knew better.
Hakubo then let out a sigh and quickly made a few hand signs. "Summoning Jutsu" As he said that what looked like an orb of chakra appeared in his left hand. He then moved his hand to his face and let the chakra mold over his skin until it hardened and formed a mask; the same kind that the Tengu wore. He looked at the others; not knowing what there reaction would be. He then turned back and looked at the war zone that reached as far as the eye could see.
He looked at the spear which remained in his hand before pointing it out at the battlefield "Tarōbō-Heika" As he said that he felt the spear send those words as well as the others he had said to everyone within the snow village and most likely farther. Drake had told him that if said while wearing the mask the warriors would follow his command. As he said those words every Tengu in sight froze in there tracks and looked up at the Great Bird that Hakubo Maha and the Kage where standing on...

 Sanae had to lift an eyebrow at this. And smirk as she exchanged a glance at Maha.
"Is that all your boyfriend can do?" she teased, staring down at the Tengu, "Isn't there anything he can't do?""Hmph," Maha smirked back, looking down from where they were. It wasn't before long that she spotted a blue, furry-haired figure...
"There they are!" exclaimed, pointing at the three figures down below.
It worked. Who to thought that it would work; how'd... how'd he know how to do that...?"Would you mind keeping them that way for a while?" soothed Sanae as she petted Tekkei's large, scaly head, "Makes our job a whole lot easier, dear."Kusakage Theme

Hakubo's nodded slightly as the Tengu remained standing still remaining in there place, not even turning to attack the Shinobi who had attacked them before. Hakubo lowered himself to one knee, ordering the Tengu had clearly drained Hakubo more the just a little. He Then took the Spear and Slashed it through the air, as it did the Tengu sunk into the ground as they normally did; leaving the Shinobi who had bee fighting them opponent less.

Shichiyou Kurayami Shichiyou kept running trying to keep up with the others. Every time a tengu got in her way she just cut them down with her shuriken. Suddenly, she heard that voice again, Hakubo's voice... Using all the power she had gained from the hero's water she burts forward in the direction she had felt his presence, but then she was surounded by Tengu. She skidded to a stop and held her Shuriken in a defensive position and held it there, getting ready to use it when they attack. But they didn't. Instead they turned and looked in the direction she had senced Hakubo before, then they just sunk into the ground and vanished. Shichiyou blinked. They just left like that? What was that about? Then she heard his voice again, just like before. Why did she keep hearing his voice in her head! Shichiyou looked arond, all the tengu were gone... all that was left was the aliance. "How anticlimatic..." she muttered and put her shuriken on her back once she was sure the Tengu were gone.

 The chakra on Zane's blade disappeared as he still sat there. His chakra had disappeared from his system and whats worse was that he was starting to go blind as well. Zane closed his eyes knowing the couse of all of this... his life was shorted during the last war and the hero's water had shortened it even more then he expected. He opened huis eyes to see the tengu fall to the ground like sand itself. A good sight that the war was over. He placed his katana back into his jacket and placed the sword back on his back. Zane stud up but fell to the ground a little dizzy. He could once see the mountains tops but know they were without shape or form and all that was there was white, gray and black everywhere. he was now color blind and was losing his sight. Zane stud up again and shock the dizzyness off him the best he could. He would be lucky if he was to survive the next year or two. Zane just didn't say a word keeping his head up high like nothing was wrong.

Shichiyou Kurayami Shichiyou turned to Zane and noticed him fall over. "Ey, you alright, Zane?" she asked him as she ran over. He looked fine, but Shichiyou had seen him fall, something had to be wrong.

Zane looked as Shichiyou he could hear her perfectly and see her perfectly but the color blind ness was still there. " Yea... i'm alright... just having afew problems is... " Said Zane as he fell to his knee again his hands hit the ground as blood came out. when it was over for now Zane swallowed his blood and said " I never thought it was this painful... "

Shichiyou Kurayami Shichiyou looked up at him and listened to him. She was about to beleive him, until he fell over. "zane!" she said and took a step forward. She saw blood, that was definently not a good sign. She walked over and kneeled down in front of him. "What happened?" he asked him as she watched him.

Zane wiped the blood from his mouth and whispered to Shichiyou " Time... My problem... is time... Chi... I'm now color blind and starting to lose chakra... I'm sorry... but i'm dieing... " Said Zane as he shivered wiping the blood off his mouth and tried to stand up again.

Shichiyou Kurayami Shichiyou blinked. Dieing? What was he talking about? he didn't have a scratch on him... She watched him as he tried to stand and she emedietly got up and helped support him to help him stand. "What do you mean? How much of the hero's water did you drink?" she asked him, figuring that seemed like the most obvious reason.

Zane looked at shichiyou as she helped him up and said " I barely took any... half a mouthful... But there is... " Zane weakened up abit but kept on his feet and kept speaking swallowing some blood forcing it's way up " there was... another event... My Clan... went to war against another clan in self defence... " Swallows the blood again to keep talking. " I was... caputed and tortured... I nearly died afew times them but they were keeping me alife... I guess... " said Zane as he turned his head to her and swallowed the blood and gave her a small smile " Now you know... why i hate the word kid... I never had a childhood... being tortured for seven years... " Zane then looked down his hair hiding his face of sadness and shame... because it was all the truth.

Shichiyou Kurayami Shichiyou frowned as she looked at him. No wonder he seemed so hurt when she called him kid... "I'm sorry to hear that..." she said quietly. "but if you knew all this, why did you take the hero's water? You knew it would shorten your life." she said as she looked at him.

Zane didn't answer for amoment like he was thinking about the answer. " I just realized... it was this bad... but my reason... that i took it was simple... " Zane turned his head to Shichiyou and smiled to her " To protect everyone i care about..." Looks down again and continues speaking. " I never had a friend let alone a family... I once had a true proper family... but it was to quick... too soon... " Suddenly blood was falling from his mouth as he swallowed again but seemed less this time. " I wanted to go back and save them... my clan... but I can't... I wanted my clan to live on... that was my dream... nothing else matters... just a family... and help restore my clan... " Zane then finally stands straight up and sighed to himself " now that dream will never become reality... as a soon fall on my death bed... what use am I now? " Asked Zane as he looked down again alittle weaker.

"What's going on down there...?" Sanae nodded, pointing at the two figures as the giant bird all but growled as it lowered it's neck to let down Maha and the Kusakage."..." As Maha slowly approached, she stopped dead in her tracks as she analyzed the seen a little more...
"... What have you done...?"
She ran over to the two, jogging at first, but then slowed down her pace when she came up behind Shichiyou,

Shichiyou Kurayami Shichiyou closed her eyes as Zane explained his reasoning and all that. "Please Zane, just stop talking now... just, save your energy...' she said softly. Then, she heard an acusing voice behind her, one all too familiar... Maha. "Are you insisting that this is my fault...?" she asked her as she turned and looked up at her.
