Shannon walked into the office... There were a bunch of Pokemon to choose from! Almost too hard to even find one in fact! As she looked though, she noticed a rather quiet and sad looking Pokemon slouching over in the corner! "Oh, hello there... I'm Shannon! What's the matter? You seem a bit down..."
 ???
"Down? If I'm down then you must be as well because I see you no higher than me." The Croagunk stood up slowly and grinned wickedly at the Togepi. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am 'Albite XI'. I come from a family of nobles." Shannon stared at Albite for a moment before replying, "If you're noble, how come you're here, rather than in a castle?" Albite laughed sinisterly and sighed. "You understand oh so little... What a pity! I Shall be on your team for now on!" Mwahahaha! This is not a problem understood?" Shannon swallowed the slight fear she had for this Pokemon and nodded. "Problem? No, no, not at all... Let me show you to my room... I suppose..."
Thus, Shannon and Albite XI became partners... Who knows where this odd paring will be in the future? Only time will tell...

Jullian proudly picked his way into the partner recruitment office on his two small talons. Most flying types would glide or fly above the crowds, especially if they were as small as a Pidgey, but Jullian was an exception. He had to show these Pokemon that his size didn't matter in the least and that he was undeniably better than them. With his head held high and his chest feathers ruffled he was delivering that message pretty clearly.
He didn't come for conversation, he came for a partner, therefore he cut the secretary's pleasantries off and rolled the die that lay on her desk. Inwardly he hoped for someone large and strong that could balance out his speed but in the end he knew that he could successfully work with anything he got and therefore he wasn't worried in the least.

Tapping an impatient tiny foot the morphed Rattata entered in the room, obviously waiting to be assigned a partner of some sorts. Hopefully one who could keep up with it and who would not hold it back on missions. Perhaps something fast like a Jolteon, or something extremely powerful like a Gyarados. Or maybe it would have a partner that would be a fellow ditto whom it could have transformation contests with. That would be certainly very exciting.
Instead something small like itself seemed to approach her.
"You're my partner?!"
Ah yes, apparently the look of shock and disappointment seemed to fill the facial features of the morphed rat pokemon, but then again who would be proud to say that they have a bug on their team? "Oh well, I guess that means we'll just have to work twice as hard to be the best! Sounds easy enough! The name's Radik, what's yours?" Now the traditional easy-going and confident grin revealed itself to the world on Radik's face as the bug-type sweatdropped.
"Nombre"
And now a partnership had been formed by the two, the two who would now work together in harmony as Team Kapow.
