Hula Bob smiled happy that she was happy. "Okay, you wait right here." He then began to head to the bar. Before he went inside he popped his head out. "You're staying right?" He winked before going inside.
Once in he found a beach towel he placed on the bar then he went into the kitchen. In said there he found some food that was already done and ready to go. He packed it up and lastly made up a thermos of cocoa to drink.
After Hula Bob was done he head back outside.

She giggled, making it a point to look like she was planting herself to the ground while she waited for him. Fi fiddled with the lights that were wrapped around her body, waiting for Hula Bob to return.
Fi smiled, looking up at him as he came back out. "Maybe you are old, you're slow." She joked, smiling still. There wasn't any offense meant by it, she was just stating something in a joking manner. She noted what he had grabbed, blushing a little as she took his free hand. She liked this, though it didn't stop her blush from deepening when she looked at him.

Hula bob took her hand. "So, where on the beach would you like to go?" He looked to the water that lay in front of them. This beach wasn't as long as the one he had around the lake, but it did have a much better view. He hoped she didn't pick off the beach... that wouldn't work.

She looked from side to side, "Mmm.. There's a nice spot over this way." Fi suggested, pointing out the direction to him. He had said on the beach, she wasn't going to pick a different spot. She'd have to ask him if he ever left the beach at one point, but that was at the back of her mind.
Once she had lead him to the spot, she helped him unfold the blanket, trying not to let it be one sided. Fi wasn't the type to like being pampered, it was a lot more fun to help than to just stand around and look pretty.

Hula bob smiled. That was a nice spot too. It had a nice view of the beach and he could still see the lights of the bar. It was nice out not too cold and not too warm. Just the right thing for a picnic date.
Hula Bob nodded as she helped with the blanket. He then put out the food. "This is hot cocoa, turkey sandwiches with sliced mango, pineapple fritters and sweet potato fries." Okay, sure it was an odd combo, but that's how Hula Bob liked it.

It was one of her favorite spots to camp out when she wasn't near him, which is why she thought it'd be nice to bring him there. It was certainly near enough to the bar to see it, but one would never be noticed sitting there. There was even a bit of drift wood to sit on if you didn't want to get your bum all sandy, but there was no fun in coming to the beach if you weren't going to get sand in odd places.
It certainly was odd, but they all sounded delicious. "Sounds really good." She smiled, wondering just how long she had gone without real food like this. It had been a while. Since the last time she had seen him as far as she could tell.

Hula Bob smiled. "I grabbed what I had already made. So, it's spur of the moment." He had to admit it because if it wasn't that good he wanted Fi to know why. Being a good chef was one of Hula bob's prideful things. Like surfing and doing the hula.
"So, do you like in the big tree?" The demon had heard that's where the Faun were from so he figured she was. It might have been a dumb question, but it was a date and that's what dates were about.

She giggled, honestly thinking it all looked delicious. "It looks great~" Fi smiled, looking back up at him. The female was having fun already.
The tree? Did he mean that thing she tried to sleep in when she wasn't wandering the island? Well, one could call what she did living there, but then again not really. "Um.. Sort of?" Fi tried to answer his question. "Usually I'm closer to the beach than the tree.. But I used to live in the tree.." She nodded, smiling. She did stay there when she was younger, it was a lot easier to stay in one place than find a new one every night, but that was a lot less fun. "Do you always stay on the beach?" His turn to answer a question.

Hula Bob nodded as he listened to her talk. That was different then him. He never liked to go too far away.... or was that it?
"No, I don't leave the beach. It's my home and I don't need to go anywhere else. The bar is there, my family is there and the waves are there. What else could a surf bum want?" Hula bob chuckled to his own answer.

Fi giggled, looking up at him. "Well the woods are nice sometimes too." She smiled, having no idea the surfer she wanted so badly couldn't leave the beach. She herself had a lot of fun in the forest nearby, but then she loved the meadows and everything else about the isle. The beach was just the best because he was always there.
The faun stretched lightly, leaning into him. She was grateful there wasn't that much space between the two of them, this was a cozy date.. The thought made her giggle, but she was visibly blushing shortly after feeling his warmth.

"Are they?" Hula Bob asked as he scanned the area where the forests might be. He had heard they were nice places but there were also scary woods as well. "I'm safer here, though." He nodded with a sorta of half grin.
Hula Bob saw the blush and smiled again as he ate more of his food. "What would you like to do after this? I'm up for whatever you would like my awesome dudette!" It had been a while since Bob was on a date but he still knew it was all about the ladies.

She nodded, not really wanting to pry into why he thought he was safer on the beach. Fi blinked, looking up at him half through his arm. She had no idea what to do on a date, let alone what to do next. This was her first date, even if it wasn't her first time alone with him.
There were so many things to do, but she couldn't think of one that would fit a date.. But what did one do on a date? Phiona had no idea, the only thing she could remember was at the end they got to k-kiss. The thought made her blush more. She was silent for a few minutes, trying to think of an answer. The faun's face was twisted lightly in thought.

Hula Bob watched as the faun thought. He couldn't help but supress a laugh as it was kinda a funny sight. "How about we talk a walk on the beach?" He decided to sugesset something instead. It was a nice day with nice weather.
Hula bob began to finish his food. He looked to Fi to see if she was almost done so they could have their dessert.

"Okay" She giggled, face instantly relaxing from what it had been while she was thinking. The beach was always nice to walk on, and who knew, they might find some good waves or something.
She had finished, it was all delicious. But then she loved his cooking, or anything that wasn't what she made for that matter. Hula Bob's cooking was just her favorite from what she had tried.

Hula Bob pulled out one of his coconut cream pies. "This is one of my faves. It's totally awesome and goes well with the drink." He chuckled and then sliced it before handing a piece and then her piece. "I hope you like it." He then winked.
