I'm Katie and I live in Illinois, during the school year, I even live in a Town called Normal! I go by either Nuri or Kalina ( No, I don't have a fascination with Arabic names, really I don't) everywhere I go online. I'm a junior english major, planning on going to grad school for library science.

Everyone already know I'm a Hellenic Pagan, who tends towards reconstruction.

I'm a bookworm. About almost anything. I blame it on my family. We have a library, everything from Romance novels to the bookshelf of Christianity. The best thing about getting my apartment is the fact that I'm getting big beautiful bookcases.

I also fight in a group called Belegarth, in a realm called Wolfpack. It's foam-fighting, basically pvc wrapped in a lot of foam and we hit each other with it. We also get to dress up funny. My character is a gypsy. This is also where I met my boyfriend, whom I've been going out with for over a year and a half. We're adorable.

Thanks to that group, I'm learning to bellydance.

My name is Nicholas Zenowij McCormick. I was born in Calgary on December third, nineteen eighty-eight. I was about eleven days early, but I was born on my Grandmother's birthday, so it's all good.

As a child I cloistered myself in the basement, in my bedroom, I never got along with oour neighbours, because they were uptight pricks as were their parents. One of my earliest memories of interacting with others is being teased because my parents let the grass grow long.

My parent's skirmishes with the Neighbours culminated when my folks left a decaying car on our yard, pissing off more neighbours than the time that my father brought in DUI convicts to do construction: A fence to seperate us from our neighbours. (It was a provincial funded program that gave convicts a skillset they could use after they were released, the neighbours lobbied to have it shut down).

I took to computers like a duck to water, and even though I was never much good at programing, I developed a high typing speed and internet literacy.

I used to be an FPS gamer, not so much anymore. My current hobbies include writing poetry (which I post URL=http://demonnick.deviantart.com/]here) I'm going into amateur film with a friend, I was raised lagely unitarian, and we finally moved out of the neighbourhood where all those evil minded pricks live!

I came to Gaia after I saw a friend using it at school, and thought "Oh, that looks cool". My love of arguing allowed me to entrench in ED, and the rest is history.

Yes. I've chatted with ALL of them - Ling and L0cke (of the golden admin varitey) and Kaia9, darknrgy and 72squared (of the non-golden variety) the most, and Lanzer and VO only once each. CP, in case you didn't know, quit Gaia, though his account is still "admin".

Though it's always cool to be talking to them and stuff.
