once he got there he immediately got into place with his fellow shingami wondering what was happening

Kisara looks at the Captain Commander and quietly takes her position. Wonder what this is about. God I'm a little bored. she thinks, stopping a yawn before it has the chance to form.

Finally, the alarms had stopped and throughout the entire Seireitei, all was quiet. Nothing but silence had filled the entire Seireitei. The shinigami soldiers had looked tired, yet despite that, they had tried their best to keep themselves awake at such a late night. The captains hall had grew silent as well, leaving everything else at a strange vibe for only a moment. But then...
"You are all called upon here today due to some urgent matters involving the human world." said Captain Yamamoto as he continued, "Just recently today, one of our scouting troops had witnessed an enormous explosion. This in tern caused a large number of human casualties. Normally, the number of deaths that are reported are around 3-4 a week or a month. However, under these abnormal circumstances, the number of casualties have gone over the limit and the large number of casualties have been concluded as undetermined. Aside from this situation, Zalian, Guardian Captain of Squad 13, has also received accurate reports, from his most highly trained investigative troops, that other strange phenomenons have been happening throughout Karakura Town. Therefore, I leave the rest to him to step in and disclose the specific information he's received. Zalian?"
~Taking one step forward out of the line, Zalian respectfully bowed slightly and once again, gave a straight posture, never wavering his almost emotionless, yet stern look in his one eye. "Hai! (Yes)" Zalian replied. "My men have received several reports of what had happened after the explosion. Oddly enough, they've witnessed a strange man walking out of the fire and rubble without a single injury. At first, they tried to excuse it as 'miracle survival' but it would so happen that there seems to be some sort of epidemic sign of suspicion revolving around the incident. To be more accurately specific, the suspect that had walked out of the fire was described to have had pale skin, dark eyelids, and a slouching posture. The eyes themselves looked heavily sedated, yet widely open enough to determine that he still looked conscience. Not to mention he seem to have been breathing heavily even after the human authorities had taken him for further interrogation."~
~Pausing for a moment, Zalian then continued with his report... "Our men had then taken careful actions and pursued the human suspect. However, separating in teams of pairs, two had followed the suspect while the other two had stayed to properly depart the souls. And as it was clearly stated from before, the number of casualties are largely undetermined, which my men are continuing to find more souls wondering about. Meanwhile, the two other men that were following the human suspect have found nothing further to report other than one odd sign. They aren't sure but they could have sworn that before the police had taken him into custody, the suspect was glancing at their direction...as if he could see them. However, that report alone has been inconclusive as to whether our suspect may have saw one of my men or not. We've decided to further investigate into this. As for the other two men, taking post near the incident, they have discovered the injured humans showing the same symptoms to what the suspect has been showing. Like before, we're not certain as to whether to believe this could be some sort of illness or something related to spirit acceleration due to the fact that the first suspect shown possible awareness to my men."~
"What of the human authorities?" Captain Yamamoto asked Zalian. "What sort of speculations have they come up with?"
~"They have concluded that it is a possible terrorism attack." Zalian replied. "As such, their superiors have called in the military to take action. Therefore, they've sent soldiers securing all surroundings of Karakura Town. Mainly they are focusing their security by the west, east, north, and south perimeter of the entire town." And so Zalian had stepped back and returned to his position.~
"Very well..." Once again, the Captain Commander Yamamoto had slammed the end of his cane to the ground as he made his announcement. "Alright! Our top priority is to proceed with caution. As such, all squads are to be assigned to various areas both in the human world and throughout the Seireitei for security purposes." The scene had closed in on each captains and their expression, switching from one facial expression to another as they all focused their gaze at Yamamoto. "Captain Urahara Ayame! You are to lead your men both to the southwest perimeter and the northwest perimeter section of the Seireitei till further orders are given. Captain Kisara! You are to lead your men both to the southeast and the northeast perimeter section of the Seireitei. Keep your men securing the outside walls. Let nothing in or out, no matter what the circumstances are. Captain Kaicho, Captain Reddeye, and Captain Zalian! You three are to travel together to the human world and further investigate the situation within the center of the town. Meanwhile, have all of your officers and lieutenants guarding the surrounding perimeters of Karakura Town. And as for the absent captain, Ingfire, inform him that he is to be assigned with the rest of the troops guarding the surrounding perimeter of Karakura town. These are your orders! DISMISSED!"
~And so he slammed his cane one last time as a signal for all the captains to disperse and leave to attend to their orders. Zalian instantly reacted with precision as he immediately, yet slowly walked out of his position and towards the exit. Unlike most of the captains, Zalian was not the type to go rushing about with Shunpo. To him, he always thought of it as an insult to be prancing around with such haste within the great halls of the Seireitei. So instead of doing such a thing, he calmly and slowly walked out of the meeting room with a straight and stern posture as always, giving a cold and emotionless look in his one eye.~

"Yes sir," Ayame replied hurrying out of the hall. One of her men stood there awaiting her orders. "I want you to inform these men that we are to head to the Southwest and Northwest Perimeters immediately," Ayame snapped handing hm a list. She then hurried to the gate to clear things with Jidombo, he Gate keeper.
"Captain Urahara," Jidombo called out bowing his head respectively, "What brings you here?"
"I need to leave with some of my men," she explained seriously, "Per order of Captain Commander Yamamoto Genruusai"
"Of course ma'am," Jidombo replied opening that gates for her as her men showed up.
Ayame thanked him and lead her men out of the gate. "Alright! I want you split into two teams! You are to remain on FULL ALERT at all times! You are also to remain in full contact as well. Anything, and I mean ANYTHING, out of the ordinary occurs, you are to contact the other team immediately! Understood!?" The shinigami simultaneously replied yes ma'am and half the group went to the Northwestern perimeter, while Ayame hurried to the Southwestern Perimeter with the other half.

Kisara hurries from the hall and goes to where her men are. As she reaches them, she sighs. "Men, we are to guard the outer walls of the northeast and southeast part of the seireitei. You are to take positions there until further orders. Do not let anything in or out." she orders. "Do not slack off. These orders come from the Captain Yamamoto, so be on the look out for anything suspicious." She looks at Kaze. "I want you to take half the men and go to the southeast section. The rest will come with me to the northeast." she says. After giving the orders, she quickly makes her way to the northeast part of the Seireitei.

Kaze turns to look at his Captain. "Yes Ma'am!" Kaze said firmly and confidently. Kaze then shouted,"You heard the order men, lets go!" He shouted as he jumped off the roof of the Squad's barracks. Kaze and the troop's moved quickly towards the Southeast part of the Seireitei.

Ayame continued her search, hoping to swiftly put an end to this. As she wandered, the blonde taicho thought about what she heard about the world of the living, "They always blame it on effing terrorists. Whatever..."

~Meanwhile, Zalian had continued to walk through halls of the Seireitei as he made his way to the Spirit Gate. After five minutes or so, he made it to his destination as he witnessed his men already waiting there for further orders. As he closed in on his men, he stood quietly for a moment while looking at all of them with a stern look in his eye.~
The men themselves stood straight and firm without so much as flinching. Looking straight ahead to their captain, they did not so much as stray their gaze anywhere else but focused on Zalian. Much like Captain Zalian, his men were highly trained, by him, to be strong, unwavering, strict, and disciplined. They learned never to show fear of the enemy and to never hesitate when doing what is necessary.
~And so, as they all waited in silence, Zalian stood there with his men as he awaited the other two captains, Kaicho and Reddeye, for them to arrive for the trip to the human world. While waiting, he then gently closed his eye as he continued to stand firm and held his hands behind his back.~

After a few minutes, Kaze and his group made it to the Southeast gate. "Alright men, stand your ground!" Kaze shouted. Upon Kaze saying so, all the Shinigami soldier's spread around the Gate, so they could see anything come in, if it did. "Everyone keep your eyes peeled!" Kaze shouted.

Kisara makes it to the northeast end of the Seireitei quickly and looks around. "Spread out and stay alert. Notice anything out of the ordinary you are to alert me immediately." she says sternly. The men behind her nod and take positions along the northeast wall. She jumps up on top of the gate and looks down. What in the world is going on down there in the human world she thinks.

On the ground near Zalian, a large amount of cracks started to form. They started to spread as a light quickly opened, it formed into a worm hole in seconds, a red light spewing from it. The feel of darkness, pain, death, and overall horrific feelings came out of it. Reddeye walked out with the worm hole closing instantly, the cracks seemed to stop spreading. The vizard captain of squad 11 looked over at Zalian with a horrific smile as usual.
"So, when do I get to kill something?"
Reddeye asked as the pure feeling of blood lust came from his body, spreading like an intoxicating smell, one that can easily persuade a person to fall into darkness.
Iraku started to gleam from Reddeye side, a red color came off of it, just as Reddeye's eyes glows. The zanpakuto was wanting a good kill, after the meeting he was angry that all those deaths were not that of enemies and caused by him, along with Reddeye.
The Captain of squad 11 then hit the hilt with a massive amount of reiatsu in the punch, making Iraku shut up.

Taking a minute to ponder his orders, Kaicho sighs to himself,
" intresting, I get to work with Zalian and Reddeye.
Kaicho turns around and walks out of the meeting hall, He meets with his Lieutenant and soldiers,
" I want you to take the newest and fastest route to Kurakura town and form a solid defence in the North West area, We are on the Strictly need to know basis, So your orders are simple,.... Form a solid defence around the north west area and hold position there, Noting gets through without my Ok..... Now go, and be quick about it, My buisness remains with Reddeye and Zalian. "
The Lieutenant and shinigami turn and rush of to the main Seireitei gate and dissapear into the gate. Kaicho sighs and turns walks a few feet forward and Shunpos to Reddeyes and Zalians loaction
" This better be goodm , Im itching to kill someone, Btw how are you captains "

The blood lust still flowed off of Reddeye like he was a cup of water, being filled by Niagara falls. He looked over at Kaicho laughing a bit, causing the blood lust to escape even more.
"I am thirsty, but besides that usual thing, I am fine."
Reddeye said with his fang like smile, teeth he had while he was the leader of vizards in the world of the living. His reiatsu was still being kept at half while his necklace was on, but some of it was escaping from the necklace itself, and a crack formed on it.
