Phoenix was startled that she actually landed a punch on her opponent. That wasn't supposed to happen! She had been the underdog so far, why the sudden change? Phoenixfire knew she had to seize the opportunity and fast before Yuke rebounded from her punch. She drew her fist back one more time and aimed square for Yuke's chin.

The jab to the chin connected, and Yuke staggered back even more. This time she was up against the ropes a bit dazed.

Phoenixfire watched in amazement as Yuke wobbled backwards and met with the ropes. She knew that she couldn't waste time again with deciding on a course of action so she went with what came to mind first. Phoenixfire set off in a sprint for her opponent, waiting til the last minute to try to go for a clothesline over the ropes.

The clothesline connected and Yuke was sent over the top of the ropes with a "Wh-whoa!" she crashed over and hit the mat as she laid on her back.

Phoenixfire placed both hands on the ropes to stop herself from falling over as she watched Yuke fall to the mat. This was a brilliant match and seemed like it couldn't get any better. Phoenix stepped several steps backward and vaulted herself over the ropes and raised an elbow in midair,hoping to go for the diving elbow drop!

Yuke who was used to watching videos of Phoenixfire had calculated that she would attempt a high risk move like this. Unfortunately with the surprise clothesline over the ropes and the crashing to mat Yuke didn't have time to dodge.
Yuke managed to turn but Phoenixfire's elbow connected on Yuke's arm! The Blood Queen cried out in pain as she clutched her arm.

Phoenixfire released a small yelp as her elbow connected with Yuke's arm, sending waves of pain up her own arm. She hadn't expected Yuke to attempt to dodge her attack, so the impact had come as a bit of a surprise. Phoenix gritted her teeth and sat up,holding her arm to her chest as she tried to think of a way to work through the pain to get back on the offense.

Yuke rolled and proceeded to attempt to bring herself up via the ring steps.
"D....aamn.." She said not expecting that Phoenixfire would up the game.
Yuke was clearly in pain with her arm and rubbed it to bring some sensation to it.

Phoenixfire kept her hurting arm close as she turned on her side and propped herself up with her free arm to get close to standing upright. Once she got back to her feet,she stood and placed one hand on her leg as she stopped to catch her breath. Phoenix knew she'd have to back off for a second to give her opponent a fair chance at fighting back if she wished to do so and to allow herself time to recover from the impact of her elbow colliding with Yuke's arm.

The ref counted down, as Yuke made her way into the ring slowly. Evidently this was the best course of action for her right now.

Phoenix shook her head to get her hair out of her face as she regained composure after hearing the beginning of the referee's count echoing from the ring. There was nothing more she could do outside the ring so it was then she began to stagger forward to the ring and hoist herself onto the apron. The next few moments would probably be the most tense and it was because of that she knew she had to stay focused. Phoenixfire rolled herself under the bottom rope before catching it to help herself back to her feet.

Yuke who was clearly injured attempted a shoulder block with her uninjured shoulder/arm as Phoenixfire was getting up.

Phoenix hadn't quite expected such an ambitious move from Yuke, especially after the fall her opponent had taken earlier. She fell prey to the shoulder block,amazed by the fact Yuke would attempt such a move in her state.

After the Shoulderblock, Yuke laid on the mat for a moment to regain some composure. The crowd was really into this match!

Phoenixfire didn't dare move from where she lay on the mat for fear she might have injured something. Taking one fall after another would take its toll on someone, especially with the drop she took earlier and now taking a hit from Yuke. Phoenix could only wait for Yuke's next move.
