Rocket Agent TRP The sudden bawling from the Pichu was more than enough to get the girl's attention. Blinking in surprise, she closed the box and stared down at the oddly colored mouse. "Oh my, your poor thing!" Setting the box on the bench, she bent down in front of the Pichu. "There there... what's wrong, little guy?" "CHUUUUU!~ PIII! PIICHUUUUU!"
Little Elior's screams just seemed to get louder as the girl spoke to him. His little legs, unable to hold up his weight any longer, buckled under him. He then thrashed about his arms and legs, unable to control his fit of sobs. Clearly, the little Pichu was good at what he did. Crying on demand was one of his specialities, as was deceiving people in general. After a good minute or so of blubbering, Elior seemed to calm down a bit. Sniffling, he looked up at the girl again and then began to make motions with his paws as if to give a clue of what may have happened to him.
"Chuuu," he said, making a big shape with his hands, "Piii, pichu!" He then contorted his face and made a loud roar. By the looks of things, he was miming that another pokemon had crossed his path and given him some trouble. It was a bigger pokemon, from what a person could make out of Elior's signals. Then again, it wasn't that hard to be bigger than a Pichu. Many pokemon fit that description. It could have been any type.
This was Suchi's cue to act again. Without skipping a beat, she unclipped a pokeball from her belt and tossed it into the air. From it, a big Snorlax appeared, but not your average Snorlax. This one - who went by the appropriately chosen name of Mr. Squishy - had navy blue stripes going down his fur. The giant of a pokemon blinked sleepily and then gazed about. What had he been called for this time? He was getting his beauty rest! That was when his trainer nodded off in Elior's direction to him. That simple head bob was all Mr. Squishy needed to see. He understood the drill.
Putting on his scariest, most ferocious face, the Snorlax went off after the Pichu while the Rocket grunt sneakily hid herself within the bushes. That poor girl...Mr. Squishy could scare anyone just by his size alone. She could only imagine how it would be for innocent people to see him in such an aggressive state.

Rocket Agent TRP Lotte's grand target happened to be a little girl in a bathing suit and an inner tube. She trotted along, clutching the tube, and heading straight for the water. Alongside her was a little Squirtle with a pink bow on its head. "Come on, Squirty! I'll race you to the water!" "Squirtle squirt!"
Lotte smirked when she saw how easy her target was going to be. When she caught sight of the pink bow atop the Squirtle's head, she grimaced. "I'll never understand people who dress up their Pokemon. What about you, Shiro?"
Pi pi PI. Chu, Raishiro defiantly remarked.
Lotte quickly made a quick analysis of the situation and thought of various ways to proceed. She chuckled to herself and set her plan in motion. Setting Raishiro on the ground, she squatted down next to him and winked. He immediately understood what she had in mind and began frantically shouting and trying to run away from the water. "Shiro, please! Please come swimming with me? Oh, it'll be so much fun, I promise!", Lotte said just loud enough for the little girl to overhear her. "There's no need to be afraid of the ocean! I'll even hold your paw! Please, Shiro, pleeeease?"
Lotte looked over towards the small child and prayed that she had taken interest in their little act.

Rocket Agent TRP The boy looked up as he was addressed by someone he didn't know. He grinned widely. "Its my first Pokemon! I just became a trainer today!" He then paused and looked over the older guy. "Hey... you woudln't happen to be a trainer too, would ya? I wanna battle someone! Would you like to, mister? Huh? HUH?!" Just as he suspected - kids were always eager to show off their first Pokémon. "Sure, kid," Roar answered with a grin and pulled his own Pokéball from his belt. He had only recently acquired his own Pokémon as well, but he had been training with him in the field, and he had the advantage of age and previous experience with his parents' Pokémon when he was younger. He was not arrogant enough to assume this would be a cakewalk - after all, this kid could have practiced with his parents' Pokémon as well - but Roar could not help but feel more confident.

The girl wasn't sure what to do as the Pichu kept crying. She was at a loss... but finally the little mouse managed to calm down and tried to explain as best it could. She could just blink at the baby mon's hand motions, but seemed to get the general idea. What she didn't expect though was for a giant oddly marked Snorlax to suddenly appear out of nowhere and start chasing the Pichu. The girl shrieked in surprise and horror, quickly jumping to her feet. Oh the inhumanity! How dare this brute harass this poor little Pichu. "Don't worry, I'll protect you!" She told the white Pichu while grabbing a ball from her belt. What better way to fight a big mean Pokemon, than with another big mean Pokemon? "GO! Charizard!" The large fire dragon came forth from its ball in a roaring fury and planted itself directly in the Snorlax's path. "Use flamethrower!" the girl commanded it, and the Charizard obeyed with a stream of ferocious flames.

The girl and her Pokemon then trundled over towards Lotte. "Is your Pichu afraid of the water or something?"

"Awesome!" The kid was certainly excited to had found someone to try out his Pokemon on. But then, most starting trainers were as eager as this one. "Okay, I'll start!" He then ran a few paces away and turned around to lob his ball at the ground. "I choose you, Bulbasaur!" In a flash of light a squat little green Pokemon appeared, its red eyes blinking up at its new trainer and then its apparent opponent. "Saur?"

I don't know why, but ever since I met him he's been like this. And to make matters worse, Shiro just won't listen to me!" Lotte paused and looked at the sand, dejected. Then she perked up, clapped her hands together, and said, "Oh, would you mind helping me out? I'm sure he'd listen to you, I mean, you look like an expert in all things water! If you could carry him to the water for me, I'd be so grateful. Goodness, I'm glad I ran into you."
Lotte stood there with a warm smile on her face, hoping the girl would take the bait.

Nikiana had stood close to the front of the group, eager and nervous about this mission. It was her first mission, one that would set the tone for her career with Team Rocket. She couldn't fail! Nervously chewing on the end of one of her pigtails, Niki slowly followed the rest of the trainees and grunts in dispersing to find victims. Her only pokemon was still an egg, a gift from her parents. It had yet to hatch and thus, she had no idea how she was going to manage to steal a pokemon.
"Guess I could just swipe the pokeball and run..." she muttered as she looked around for an easy target.

Roar tossed his Pokéball to release his dark-colored Squirtle. As Tempest shook himself and got into position, Roar casually folded his hands behind his back, readying an empty Pokéball with which he could capture the kid's Bulbasaur when the time was right.

She took swimming lessons this summer after all! And she has a Squirtle! "Come on Squirty. Maybe you can take the little Pichu into it?" "Squirtle!" The pair went over towards the Pichu and the girl put down her inner tube. "Hi there! You really shouldn't be afraid of water, swimming is a lot of fun! Isn't that right, Squirty?" The Squirtle nodded enthusiasticly. "Squirt squirt!" The girl then bent down and tried to pick up the Pichu.

The large fire dragon came forth from its ball in a roaring fury and planted itself directly in the Snorlax's path. "Use flamethrower!" the girl commanded it, and the Charizard obeyed with a stream of ferocious flames. Alright, the time had come. Suchi could no longer sit idly by in hiding while her pokemon tried to defend themselves off. That wouldn't do at all. Now was the time to act, though this wasn't exactly the way she had planned it. If things went the way she had planned, she would have had Elior steal something of the girl's without any problem whatsoever, but that was out of the question now. Uggh. In the back of her mind, the grunt cursed herself. Seth wouldn't like this. He wouldn't like this one bit. Still...she couldn't just do nothing. Something had to be done, and fast.
"Mr. Squishy," Suchi said forcefully as she stepped out of her hiding spot, "Water Pulse, now!" A hand then raised up after she gave her command and pointed both to the Charizard and the girl. So what if she attacked both of them at once? She didn't care. They were the least of her concerns. All she wanted to do was just get out of the whole situation.
The Snorlax didn't even bother to ponder his trainer's order. He just obeyed as any loyal pokemon would. Like Suchi commanded, Mr. Squishy sent a pulsating blow of water straight in the direction of both the Charizard and its trainer. Both of them were close enough together, so if Suchi and her pokemon got lucky, it would hit both of them.
After she commanded her Snorlax to attack, the grunt got on the offensive again. This time, she pointed a finger at both of her opponents again and turned her attention to her pichu. "Elior," she called out, knowing that the baby pokemon would snap out of his crying fit, "Thunder Wave! Try and hit both of them at once!"
Elior nodded and listened to Suchi just as his Snorlax companion had done. "Chuuuuu!" the little mouse pokemon cried. As the Pichu attacked, a wave electricity shot off from his cheeks and moved toward the trainer and her Charizard. Whether it would hit them or not, only time would tell.
These attacks...they had to work. Please, oh, please let them work. Attacking the duo with two attacks at once may have been low, sure, but Suchi didn't care. She was a member of Team Rocket, after all. Rockets never played fair. She just hoped this would pay off, and mentally prayed in her mind that she would at least do some damage. This was her first real battle, and her first real mission. She couldn't screw up; she just couldn't. Failure was not an option.
[OOC Note: I figured it wouldn't be bad if I had Suchi have her pokemon send two attacks at once. Rockets never play fair, after all, and it does seem like something they would do. However, if it is a problem, let me know. I won't hesitate to change it.]

Smiling, she strolled along towards the man. "Charizards are awesome," she agreed. Hey, why not agree with the crazy man on the street corner? If nothing else, this would prove to be amusing. And hopefully profitable as well.

The girl only getting a little wet. The 'zard itself, although damaged, shook himself off and spat some of the water to the side before turning a heated glare on the Snorlax. It seemed that this fire Pokemon was quite powerful indeed. Oops. However, the girl was doubly surprised as the Pichu attacked! Seeing as she was closer to the 'chu, she was hit by the Thunderwave but her Pokemon was spared. Shrieking in alarm, her muscles were quickly paralyzed and she fell to the ground. What as going on?! This definitely smelled of foul play. "Charizard... Earthquake!" With a heavy stomp of his foot the earth around them rippled and shook violently in all directions. An attack that would hit all Pokemon in the immediate vicinity. "Help! Someone help!"
