Hikaru sniffled and nodded. Then she went about tying a sack to her neck filled with muwai for the journey. "So do you want to start our little journey together..?"

Seravio nodded,"better together than alone." He told he as he licked his paw to clean his face. I'm ready when you are." He told her with a smile.

Hikaru nodded and started out from the cave. She looked back only briefly. Hoping that they would return here some day.

"So tell me about yourself, Hikaru." Seravio said as they began to head off towards Razor peak. He knew that they probably wouldn't make it back home.

"Not much to tell about me. My parents abandoned me to the Skeptos and Orus... Then Titania found me and nursed me like her own. I pretty much was her daughter. She was such a pretty green color. I loved her fur...." She trailed off a bit thinking about her old friend. She shook her head. "But I digress Seravio... There is not much to tell. She raised me till she was too old and then she passed on. I have lived up here alone ever since... Anyways...." She smiled lightly, "Tell me a little about you...?"

"Oriffon, my friend, told me that my parents had died when I was only a few days old. He took care of me and took me on many little adventures. Until one day he left to climb Razor Peak. After a few months, I had a gut feeling that he had failed..." Seravio began to tell Hikaru as they started their journey. " Ever since then I made a promise that I would climb Razor peak in his honor. That pretty much sums up my life." He told her as his tail swished back and forth behind him.

Hikaru smiled sadly, "It seems we have both lived sad lives. I wish that my parents hadn't done that but I would never have met Titania if they had not." She started to climb up the mountain. Stopping she looked up and said, "This is going to take a while. A few months at best. Good thing I brought some food."

"I'm ready to face the dangers that may await us, Hikaru." Seravio said as he looked up at the moutain then at her. She might be the only nova he may ever see again. Climbing up razor peak was a suicidal thought to other nova who lived in the area.

Hikaru smiled as she saw the determination on Seravio's face. She would make sure that he made it to the top and back down even if it meant she die for him. She was rapidly becoming attached to this blue Nova. Some would call it love. No... She called it sisterly affection. He had lived a life the same as hers. Sad and lonely. But he had her now and she hoped that he felt the same.
"As am I Seravio. I know that we will make it and live to tell the tale!" She was over confident she knew, but what can one do. This was her nature.

Seravio nods with a smile,"That we shall!" he told her as he began to head off towards the top of Razor peak. He hoped and wished that they would be able to make the trip back down the mountain. He prayed for Hikaru's safety then his own. He did not want to lose another dear friend to this monster of a mountain.
"We must be careful of where we step on the rocks. Some might be loose from the melted snow and ice." Seravio cautioned her as they walked on.
