The Scenario in short:
The heroes have travelled back into time to try to prevent the Dari'ean race from landing on earth, but due to a fault on the technology, something went wrong. Maybe they collided with another time traveller and got sent of course? The heroes have found themselves in Ancient Greece, sometime around the mid-way point of the 13th century B.C.E. Being under the impression that they have landed back in the year 2911, the year before the invasion, they have decided to find a place of safety to wait for the invasion, each splitting into pairs to find out the lay of the land. After a short while, they lose contact with the other groups, and unable to locate the members, each guessing that the other people has found a play to stay to wait out the invasion.

"Well the last place that the locator told us before it broke was that we're somewhere in Greece." Approaching the shepherd cautiously, Delilah asked for directions to the nearest city. Upon meeting with the shepherd's insistence not to help 'Amazon women who would be better off stayed at home weaving', Delilah was provoked. Drawing attention to a small, rather insignificant billy goat, the shepherd watched in mute amazement or astonishment as the goat sprouted an extra pair of large black curved horns.
"Pardon me for that showy display, but can you help us? We need directions to the nearest city." Delilah said in a terse voice.

"Well Jasmine," Flicker said cheerfully, "The Amazons were a nation of women living by the river Thermodon, well unless he means the ones that were in Libya, and they were regarded as children of Ares and Harmonia. Think of them as extreme feminists, only more warlike...but weren't those ladies around a little earlier than the century we're supposed to be in?" Finished with her tangent, Flicker noticed to her bemusement that the sheperd had prostrated himself at Sindavra's knees, babbling about how sorry he was, he didn't realize she was a goddess, andlordpleasedontkillme.

Flicker nodded in agreement with Sage. "You're right, and even if with a display of power like that, they wouldn't have gone into a hysteria like this...oh crap. Hit the dirt!!!!" Flicker immediately pulled the trio away from the sheperd, and set up a shield from her Hammer Space, just as the sheperd exploded. "...Anyone else here think we were followed? Something tells me that wasn't a real sheperd."

"Well, if we aren't being followed, then someone certainly knows we're here." Jasmine looked at the small burnt mark. "You don't put an explosive shepherd in the middle of nowhere as a security system." She gestured to the land around her-mainly farmland. "And this isn't a high-risk area for burglary. So someone's watching us. Lovely."
