Yuji pulled the sheath of Katsuki out from under his belt and laid it down on a table top. From there, he took a seat up on that same desk. After folding his arms, the shinigami reached for the smoking pipe that had been sitting in the same spot for about 3 weeks. It had been a long time since he smoked anything, and it was time for some relief. Of course there were matches there, so he tore and struck one before laying the flame to the top of the smoking pipe. A thick gray looking smoke lifted from the pipe. Almost immediately, Yuji's mood mellowed out...
"It's not that I was rubbed the wrong way, it's just the simple fact that I hate what soul society has become. At first, their intentions were good, but it's corrupted now. I won't stand for it any longer, so that's why I need you as part of this team. I won't go into specifics, but I'm going to need you to fix up a couple of those clones for an infiltration mission somewhere down the line."

" Clones? " He looked confused slightly, not sure how clones were going to help them out in anyway. " Am I killing someone? I mean it'd be useful in that they wouldn't be able to pin me in one spot. Other than that though... " He trailed off in thought, thinking of how they could use the clones effectively. If anything he could just produce a mass amount, and cause a confusion that way while they did their thing. It was a funny thought to him, causing him to laugh as the image of a hundred Hikaru's just ran around. " Unless.. you know you want me to combine some skills.. then.. " A smirk formed on his face, an infinite amount of possibilities now filling his head. " Now that would be interesting. Any specific person I should be impersonating? " With those words said, the next time Yuji blinked it would appear as if Hikaru had taken on his appearance. Which was true in that he did, as he now stood before his friend with a huge grin. " It's been a while. I'm not sure how well I did it! " If Yuji was paying attention, he would notice Hikaru's representation of him was slightly off -- as he had a huge bulbous nose.
Having done this on purpose he was only messing with his friend, having some fun with his ability. " I'm only kidding. I don't think you look this good. " With another blink his appearance was back to his normal self, with the appearance of his blade. The entire time he had been hiding it, still giving off the appearance of his normality. But now that everyone was gone, or at least the reason to hide it gone, it came out. " But yeah. I could have some fun with this. "

Yuji was knee deep in the effects of the strong marijuana. He was full blow intoxicated, smiling hard and rocking from side to side. By the time he went to take another hit of his trusty pipe, the new accomplice was talking about something. The shinigami just nodded and played along, as though he was following the conversation completely. Before he knew it, Yuji was looking at a mirror image of himself. Was it the chronic? "Whoa... I'm trippin' out, bro. This is some gewd s**t...!"
Yuji blinked at himself... "Good lookin' guy... But yeah, quit foolin' around, we need to go now. The other two will have to catch up to us when they're done."

It was obvious that Yuji was in a state of his own, a little out there at the moment. Laughing at his odd movements, he just shook his head with a sigh. " Anyways.. " Once things had returned somewhat to normal, he spoke out about their next course of action. " Where is it we're going exactly? " They had just gotten here, so it was weird that they were leaving so soon. What else was interesting is that they weren't waiting for the other two, and that he really hadn't been brought back up to fighting condition. " Anyways. Lead the way, I'll follow. " He fidgeted with the blade at his side, not use to having it visible. He felt slightly awkward, but it was a feeling he would have to get used to.

The shinigami hoped off of the desk and fought through the power of this drug, wiping sweat from his forehead. He knew that it was time to get the ball rolling on this plan of his, so knowing that was all the motivation he needed to unveil his latest invention. It was an artificial portal that was capable of bridging the gap between the world of the living and soul society. An invention with only that feature was a waste of time, so it was obvious that this trinket had some special abilities. There was a pen and paper on this desk, so Yuji turned and began to jot something down. " Dear Asuna and friend, we have gone off to the soul society, the Rukongai to be specific, so that we can began the preparations for our plans. The portal will last for about 6 days or so, so if you take longer than that, you'll have wait for my return. Do not enter the soul society, for you will be detected. Wait for me. I repeat... wait for me. We want 0% attention. Stealthiness is of the essence." Yuji dropped the pen and turned to face a clearing in the room. When he did so, a portal opened. It looked just like any other passage into soul society, but whatever he did next changed that. He reached inside of his shihakshou and pulled out a small rectangle object. After squeezing it, a bright light flashed and jumped into the portal. It lit the way. " Follow me... we're on our way to the Rukon District." He proceeded on into the portal. [Exits to soul society]

It seemed things were going into motion, with the opening of his special portal. It looked like any other portal to him, aside from the fact of him using some light on it. Shielding his eyes for a second, he waited for it to die down before moving an arm from his face. " Impressive. " He mused taking a few steps closer while he wrote the letter, letting the other two know what they would be up too. " But yeah, hopefully this doesn't take too long. I'm getting tired. " Yawning, he brought his hand up to his mouth to cover it. He then proceeded to follow behind his friend, as the two of them would embark back into soul society. He wasn't sure if it was the fact that they were traveling the way they were, or if it was his trip back to soul society; but there was a weird feeling in his gut. Whether he was hungry, nervous, or just whatever. It just now decided to spark up as soon as he set foot in the portal, and hoped it would be gone by the time of their arrival on the other side.

Raking her digits through her fringe, she come upon the empty lab, knowing it was vacant as soon as her garganta opened, able to feel the lack of his reiatsu. Ruby reds glanced at the portal, unsure of its utility.
"Soutaichou?"
Asking the darkness in particular, having no sway on her superb vision. She paced across the floor, feet bare, searching for some sign of his whereabouts, albeit she knew he might have forgotten. It had been ages since they had been working together. If she had not have shown up, she doubted he would remember he had her as his dispo-- [Here we go... The arrancar snatched up the handwritten note, reading it within a short pause, looking over her exposed shoulder to the portal itself. Stealth? Plans? It hadn't been more than a few hours. Did he really expect anyone to last six days with her? She tossed the note to the floor, stepping into the array.
