Well, I googled the word to see if it's a word or not and it's a word.

Now before you accuse me that it isn't a word, let me inform you that I did google it to make sure if it's a word or not. From most of the websites I have gathered, it sounds like some sort of computer stuff, mostly saying "qeth network device."

I wish I can find the definition or the website that has the most information about that word, but I can't find a good website to show it. sweatdrop
