"Yea, the infirmary sounds like a great idea." Anything sharp and pointy would be nice. Calintha was sad slightly that her knowledge of herbs and medical aids was now pretty much wasted. She wasn't about to wrap and bandage the wounds she made herself, after all, and there was no use binding the wounds of those who were already dead. After Marit spoke up though, Calintha leered at the girl across from her. "Yes. I have every intention of bringing my plant with me." They didn't understand. They didn't understand that this plant was a zombie like they were. She wouldn't give up her plant, and the blonde zombie was fairly sure that she would fight anyone fang and claw who attempted to take it away from her. The girl clutched her plant possessively and struck a defiant posture.

Elle listened to the conversation gravely as it meandered about, settling on weapons and how they should obtain them. She met Leonette's eyes and smirked at her when the girl mentioned their instability. She was sure Leonette, in that moment, was thinking more about her instability than anyone else's.
"Weapons are a good idea. And the infirmary... well, we'd better be careful. The living would want the supplies there, and I wouldn't trust them to raid it in small groups... we should arm ourselves before we go there," she stepped through the wreckage of the school.
"Ranged weapons are also a good idea. I say we go to the field storage first, as Leonette suggested," Elle turned back to face them, and absently reached up to straighten her head on her neck with a few sickening clicks, quirking an eyebrow at Calintha for her insistence about the plant. It looked like a wicked little thing, which suited her fine.

Marit scrunched up her singed nose at Calinthia's indignant affirmation. A plant, really? How could she possibly be terrorizing everything with a heartbeat clutching a plant to her chest. "Well..." She paused, crossing her arms and attempting momentarily to come up with a sensitive answer, "If it slows you down, we're leaving you, or you're leaving it." She failed at sensitive.
"Do you think we can take on a group bigger than us?" The question was directed mostly at Elle, though partially at Calinthia and her.. plant. Marit had no experience with the humans, no violent one anyway. Would weapons give them that much of an edge, or should they stick to stalking dark hallways until the numbers were more in their favor?

Calintha crossed her arms indignantly over her plant. "If my plant slows me down, then I think I'd rather leave you behind." Even in death, the girl had no sense of social interactions. It wasn't even like Marit had real experience dealing with things in the post-apocalyptic world. She hadn't been beaten with a tennis racket. She didn't know. Bristling a little, she still tried to answer her question though. "I think it'll be difficult to overtake a group larger than us without some kind of cunning plan or a trap of some sort. I think a lot of the disadvantage is coming from zombies relying too greatly on their claws and teeth. Its too much of an opening for nasty things like tennis rackets."

A bit clingy, Leonette had hidden herself from the argument behind Marit. Not the most effective barrier sadly. "Um..So I guess the majority is go grab weapons and then head to the infirmary to look for surviv- food." She had to stop thinking of them as 'survivors'. All the living students were now food, just like poptarts. Only the raspberry filling was a bit different at the skin wasn't that flaky. Living poptarts, that's all humans were now.
"Um..I'll go unlock the tool shed." Leaving the bickering zombie girls behind, Leonette ran to the locked storage unit. Which was locked. Heavily. For a few seconds, she wasn't sure how to open it with minimal injury. But, then again, she was a zombie. Pushing against the door, she could feel the wood bend and hear it creak. Not even using her full strength either! Well, might as well try.
"Hi-YA!" Leonette kicked at the locks, sending her foot right though the wood, and getting it stuck. "Ahhhh! Help!" Now stuck, she began to wave her arms, trying to keep balance while edging her foot from the new hole in the door.

Marit was tempted to shoot an insult back at Calinthia and her silly delusion of independence, but she held her tongue when the girl continued with the only really useful information they'd gotten so far. "Good thing it wasn't anything worse than a tennis racquet." She retorted icily, making a dismissive wave with her hand. Maybe it was hunger, maybe it was being dead, but she didn't realize how snippy she was being and couldn't bring herself to care.
She let Leonette go without a comment, figuring she could handle herself, Marit had better things to do, like scowl at Calinthia. But then a cry and a thump. Oh no. If she could have paled, she probably would have. Leonette was being attacked. She didn't know what she'd do if Leonette was killed... well, killed again. She forgot being irritated with Calinthia for long enough to rush after Leonette, "I'm coming!!!" She didn't have a plan. Or a weapon. Or anything. She didn't know what she was going to do, but she had to help!
Help... Help Leonette get her leg unstuck. "Oh, come on!"

"The zombie next to me got her head bashed in with a table leg. So yea, it does get worse." She followed nonchalantly behind Marit as she freaked out over Leonette. It hadn't sounded like anything battle related- there were no cries of pain (mild panic, maybe), and certianly not the sound of anyone else there. She didn't smell any humans either. Plus, she didnt particularly care either way, so long as nothing was aimed at her this time. When she rounded the corner and saw what happened, she couldn't help but giggle a bit. With her plant tucked in one arm, she walked up to the stuck zombie girl and attempted to steady her and wiggle her leg free. It was probably a good thing she was already dead, because otherwise the old broken wood with rusty nails jutting here and there would be quite uncomfortable later. "Hold as still as you can Leonette, I'm gonna try and wiggle you free."

Rusty nails and wood splintered into her foot, making Leonette not wince in pain but more at the thought that her clothes were now more messy then a few minutes ago. Not to mention there was something mildly disturbing to the fact her foot was getting mangled and she couldn't feel it. As Cali and Marit helped Leonette wiggle free, her foot came loose with a sickening 'plop'. That plop being flesh ripping and sticking to the now broken door.
"Ew.....oh....sorry. I was just trying to get in. Sorry." In trying to stand, she wobbled a bit before her mutated ankle make a twisted pop and crack, forcing Leonette to walk on the side of her now broken and ruined foot. "Oh dear...Uh...well." She pouted, face scrunching up. "At least I can't feel pain." Looking to the shed, (which the door was now swinging open in the wind), a cornucopia of makeshift weapons revealed themselves. An axe, chainsaw, shovel, rake, riding lawnmower, and a bunch of old, broken, and generally unsafe gym supplies lined the storage space. Just what the zombie doctor ordered.
"...Who wanted the shovel again?"
