Wow, no one ever posted in here? ;O Haha, I guess I can be your first P: But I'm not very good, just warning you! Firstly, I think it's a damn shame to avoid moths because that picture is beautiful, and I don't even like bugs. I think it would be amazing to have him as a soul. For the lion soul - I know there's no specific lion, but Nue's Baku soul was taking a lion as a visual reference: [ x] Being that it wasn't actually a lion and Nue is no longer with us, I can't be sure what that means for someone else using the lion as a soul though As for the deer, it might be pretty close to the stag soul that Atma has, though I can't be sure because Kyou really has final say on that of course. Living Mercury...could be interesting because of the way it acts in general, but I am not really wow-ed by it and it reminds me of the other sort of "living" objects, like self writing ink and living shadow. Solid light is really cool, but I think maybe you should work on it more. You have to be careful cause there's already a lot of "solid" light related essences as well, like fragment of rainbow and broken dawn. OH! But you know what a cool soul would be that's sorta lion-like and has similar patterns to the moth? A snow leopard. That would be such a pretty soul...*wonders if I can change my soul* rofl heart

If it makes you feel any better, 'Solid Light' was on my list before broken dawn came about. Although, I can see how the picture can be simular be to fragment of rainbow. I'll find a better picture. Solid light is almost never more than two colors at once.
I'm not too woried about broken dawn, because it's a piece of the sky. Light doesn't only come from up high. <3
Not too attached to living mercury or the Lion. (Although, I thought the Baku was just a cat...) I have no problem aliminating them from my list. -^^-
As for the Deer, it was there before there was a Stag, I just didn't know there was now a Stag. XD I'll take down my White Tail Deer. OwO I can't wait to see the Stag! *w*

I keep my moth up, because I absolutley LOVE them. Their black spots shine blue in direct light. *q*
Also, despite being told to avoid birds and moths, there are two bird souls in the Lab already. I believe the rule is because theire are so many types of both. Eventually everyone will want them for their wings, and some will be simular but claim to be completely different.
I'd love to see Liquid Aurora Borealis + Snow Leopard.

I remember telling you to not use moths, but I double checked with Kyou just now and moths are now off the "Cannot be quested list". If it hadn't been a black widow, my Self Replicating Virus would've had a moth soul, but clearly that didn't happen, so feel free to quest your moth freely without worry of it being turned down.
Birds, however, are still on the 'do not try for' list because Kyou is getting tired of birds.

No need to apologize, my help was involved to tilt the scales toward the widow, so no harm done. XDD Plus in my opinion I can do quite a bit more with a spider, but that's just me. XP

Well, I'm not sure if it matters who had it first or anything? But who gets something first. So I was just pointing out there are two samples of solid light out there at the moment.
It would be cool though, maybe do like "Tangible Light" and play off the idea that sunlight tickles?
Again, I don't think it matters who has an idea first unfortunately, I think it's whoever gets the Raevan first. Maybe a bit unfair but that's what I was told when I was putting my girl together. And you might still be able to do a deer, I was just pointing out it was similar in case you wanted to look into it.
Not trying to say "Oh you can do this you can't do that" I'm just putting out there what I know, sorry >:

As for the Stag and Deer, I pretty much consider them the same. I'm sure the person who has a Stag would, as well as sexypants Kyou, would say the same.
I do like the thought of Tangible Light... It sounds cute. 3nodding
But I might take Light down all together.

I have a personal soft spot for light-related raevans, so I think if you like it you should keep working at it :3 Tangible Light is still a solid form of light after all, but it takes the focus away from that view and alters it into something that we don't have in the lab yet n___n

Living Mercury: As far as this goes, to me it`s a little boring. Granted that I like the idea of living fel essences, this one kinda doesn't do it for me. Mercury is already liquid in room temperature, so this would just be moving mercury. And fel essences are contradictory things, like the lingering smoke or the growing amber. Just doesn't seem contradictory enough.
Solid Light: I liked this concept, though it is true that there are quite a few 'light' related essences. You also need to watch out not to step on the Forsaken afterglow, it's not solid light, and I'll quote so you understand what I mean "The light just exists on it's own, floating around the ancient cavern walls." This kinda just seems like a solid version of it. I do like the idea of tickling light though. I have no idea, but I just see the light as being alive and kinda like a really giggly sort of Ima gonna tickle you :3 kinda way XD Like those little girls with light voices! XD
Glass Heart: Surprisingly, this was my favorite essence of the three. That picture by the way, is really awesome! XD The only problem I would see it having, is for one it's lack of a description. Maybe something to consider is why it's glass, maybe the creature had a fragile heart? The other thing is the powers it would have. If the powers were glass related you'd have to be careful about stepping on Basil's own powers, because his fel essence is also glass.
Soul: Oh mai gawd I love your soul! XD I think it is REALLY pretty and find nothing to say about it. Since moths are now acceptable, I think it's pretty cool owo

I should just change it's name to 'Malleable Mercury'. It can change shape and hold it, while still being a liquid. As well as it does so on it's own. (But I am aware it's boring. I think I even put a note on there that it need more 'oomf'. XD)
I never considered Forsaken Afterglow a solid. I just saw it as a sorceless light, or a light that reflected once and continues exsist.
I ment to put something about the glass heart being fragile in the description, but I kinda figured the name covered it. XD (I'll see what I can come up with.) As for powers I never actually thought about a glass related power. I was more consentrated on emotion related ones. But that is something to think about...
I'm starting to think I should just wait for one of those events where there's already an essence, it just needs a soul. (Darn it! I should of pounced that Forceful Mistletoe when I had the chance! XD)

Also I was thinking, if you were possibly going with tangible light, you should specify what light, since there's so many different means of light.
Tangible Sunshine or Tickling Sunshine would be cute > w>
