Once the three had left, a portal was opened at Luci's command. Eris stepped through. Once she was fully through the portal, she felt the the strength of the gravitational pull, though she was able to stand, she looked as though she were having difficulty staying that way.

Luci smiled, "You understand what you must do?" When Eris nodded, Luci then put a hand over Eris's forehead, "Then I give you the blessing of Lucifer. This will allow you to move as though you were on earth so that you may fulfill your task.

Eris smirked, "This is going to be a lot of fun. I will begin preparations." Eris then disappeared, she was still in the banished lands since she could not leave without Luci making a portal, but she was able to teleport from place to place and it seemed that the gravity was no longer an issue for her.

Luci then turned to Anfang, "Would you like a cup of tea while we observe the battle before us? Or would you rather watch what unfolds with the three travelers? Or perhaps both?" Her eyes were beaming with a sort of pride. In a sense, all in this land were both her guests and captives as they could not leave without her opening a portal.

Radiance as carefully as she could to make sure she wasn't going to go past the 20 miles. It was a little at a time for her, but it wouldn't take her long as long as they went at an easy pace. The one thing she did remember her mother saying is that patience in a virtue and that if your patient and endure your hardships, then eventually you will get something out of it. Of course she did want something out of this other than training... something that would make her proud in doing so or she may just get angry (or at least frustrated).

After the three went on their own and lost sight of each other, all three would see a figure ahead of them. For Diablo it was that of something he lusted the most- Eris and though she was just beyond reach, she had an extremely sexy outfit. One that would drive any male (and sometimes females) insane. She was walking on his pathway just ahead.

In front of Radiance, a small woman appeared, with a bag full of foods and a canteen looking container that seemed to be never empty. This woman was on Radiance's path.

And another woman appeared walking next to Zeru. "Hello traveller... You will never make it...You're to weak.." she giggled.

Diablo saw Eris and smiled lustfully, his eyes twinkling. Oh boy, did he want her. He could feel his hormones and adrenaline. He could hear his heart pounding in his ears compared to the silence around them. He began to walk faster, hoping to catch up to her. Though he did wonder if she was in her own test, or part of his.


Zeru smiled gently to the lady beside him. "You think so? Well, then maybe I should just see how far I go," he replied with a light inflection. Since the beginning, he'd set his mind to thinking the oasis was a mirage. He was walking this all from self drive. He wanted to see his own strength. As Luci said, it would be a mental and physical test. He felt his stomache growl its low hunger at him. It wanted food as much as he did. But he wouldn't give up.

Diablo saw her now seeming to take pleasure in driving him mad. He let a whip of fire form within his hands before he whipped it towards her, hoping to lick her skin with the flames. He knew it wouldn't hurt her much, even if he completely seared her in flames. She was from hell, like him. The 'burning lake of fire'. He more wished to affect her, in some way. Positive, if it went as planned.

Zeru nodded and her and looked her straight in the eye with that same little smile. His focus turning to the woman, making it slightly easier to walk because he was letting his feet do the trudging, while his mind debated with hers. "Sometimes, yes. But the easier path is a whole lot more traveled. And who am I to travel the popular route? I'm on the way to being the first redeemed Devil in centuries. Not a simple task," he chuckled. "Besides, if I do this to find my full potential, rather than out of pride, then I am not in sin for doing this act," he replied, pushing it to the limit. He could feel a drain on him and wanted to rest, but he knew better than to show weakness to her or stop. Both Luci and this girl, would not see him fall. He was determined to get to whereever it was Luci planned him to go.

Zeru chuckled. "So, you're saying sloth is better?" he asked rhetorically. "Sin is sin. Long as I don't do it for pride, pushing to my limits is good. It can be used for Him," he replied. "And who says we can't be equal? No, not the same. I will always be a devil, as will angels always being angels. But equality is reachable," he added. He was set and unmovable. This temptress was trying to sway him into giving up, but he would not be weak, in fact, he would use the strength that God had blessed this devil with.

Diablo thought about the reaching it quicker meaning, getting to her. Which triggered quite the idea. He'd been physically exerted, but retained full power. He knew trying to blast off, even with intense fire, would be tough in this gravity. He stood for a moment and used his heat on the sand in a pathway to the right of Eris. He was turning sand to glass. He could slide across that with a bit of firey push. He sat upon the pathway and pushed himself across with some firey propulsion. Easily sliding along, creating more glass pathway ahead of himself, he went at a better pace than walking. He wished he would have thought of it sooner.

Zeru chuckled. "Then he was an angel, by your logic. I quote, 'Angels have pride too, they simply call it another name'. If the purest Devil, Lucifer, is like an angel, then I am too. Equality is reachable," he repeated, slight frustration at this girl enveloping him. He could feel a slight heat from inside of him. It didn't match the heat on the outside, but he'd become accustomed to the outside heat. This was... different.

Diablo glanced at his friends, but then returned his gaze to the passionate Eris. He felt the lick and almost melted. "You offer your kisses to everyone, yet I have to work hard for mine?" he joked back, truthfully wishing for anything more from her. He saw her wink and vanish. When he regained his senses, he turned to see Luci and the new guy, Anfang. He got up and stood silently for a moment. "They have yet to realize what I have realized... What have I reaized?" he asked them, slightly confused about the test.
