Luthor gave a sort of choked sound at the idea of the reason the other spawn were born was 'to try and make peace'... he would believe that was the reason on the same day that he suddenly starting believing the sky was green. The idea of it being to create a superior race or even the gamble guess, those made more sense to him.
That the deer woman was something set away from the demons and angels was a rather... nice idea, causing him to like her that much more. He had only seen her for a short time though, "I guess her being neutral explains why she helped us." He murmured, mostly to himself. That she had risked herself to get him and Pepper out of what had been a dangerous situation had shown him how kind she really was, it was shame he'd only seen her that one day and then she was gone. Who knew what Vampy had done with her...
Having the teacher spell out the 'relationships' between angels and demons had him looking a bit down, it was no wonder his Dad went through what he had... his people wouldn't want him to be consorting with the enemy of course and for some strange reason he'd done just that. He was starting to think that he was a little cursed on both sides... His Dad seemed like a love struck fool while the 'blood donor' was a selfish, dangerous jack a**... talk about bad genetics. He was certain that he and Pepper could write a book about it.
"How powerful are the Neutral creatures?" He asked, hoping that they were strong enough and smart enough that no more of them would end up at the Labs where it was dangerous.

Zyane was so pleased with his students the smile on his face only grew as more questions were poised at him. He went to reply to Ciaran's first.
"Flaws? " He gave a snort, "The barrier is..perfect. The only ones who can cross it have to be very powerful to begin with. With the aid of spells you can't physically cross the barrier...unless you want to be killed by the wraiths." he explained with a nod of his head before he looked down at his book and flipped through a couple of pages a moment before he looked back up.
"Other gaurdians? There are only the Nuetrals. But they range as different as the demons and angels do. The deer woman is just one example of them. You are lucky you got to see her at all...in the more recent years they have become reclusive...humans have built up too much...and they don't go near the cities..." He continued before he gave a sigh wishing he had seen the nuetral himself.
"As to their power...they vary. Depending on the age and type of nuetral...we don't ..sadly enough, have a lot of information on them. We can guess that they are fairly powerful." He trailed off as he really didn't have a lot of information to deal out about the fantasizing creatures.
"Now...did either of you have any questions about any of the factions? Celesital, Demonic, Mortal? Magic? Influence? Portals perhaps?"

When his question was answered, Ciaran frowned a little as from what he learned from his stupid mother, that nothing in nature wasn't perfect, but then he didn't know all that much about magic and the such. It was something he wanted learn more as he wanted control over his magic. He so wanted to show his friends it but he didn't want to risk hurting them with it.
"So if we go outside of the cities in the middle of nowhere would there be a better chance of seeing them?" Ciaran asked as he wanted to see this deerwomen or something of the like. They sound so niffty to him.
"So were does our magic come? Does it come from our angelic or demonic side?

"I doubt anything is perfect." Luthor said, though again this was mostly to himself. He was far to used to being around things that were in some way flawed to think for even a moment that anything could be perfect.
Luthor perked up slightly at being told he was lucky to see the deer woman, that was good sign he thought to himself. Perhaps that meant that she was no longer in the Labs. He really hoped no as something that, like her, especially if her kind were so reclusive, wasn't something that Vampy needed to have for keeps. He hoped that she had made it home to where she would be safe he thought to himself before he tilted his head to one side and seemed to be thinking on more questions. The angelic host, the demons, mortals and magic... what about these things did he want to ask about? The first two he felt he knew enough about having lived in the Labs all his life and was around those creatures a lot. Magic... he was struggling a bit at times with that since he didn't want to risk anything anymore when it came to it, his magic wasn't for using willy-nilly, more certainly it wasn't for what Vampy used it for.
That left mortals which he wasn't to terribly interested in and portals... which he didn't know if he cared to terribly much about either.
"Your map doesn't show the Dream Realm on it." He pointed out, wondering if it were a place all of its own or if perhaps it resided in one of the places up there but wasn't listed.

The necromancer/warlock gave Luthor an interesting look as if he was a bit surprised at his question. The look lingered before he finally turned to reply to Ciaran.
"Really young man it depends on the type, most magic elemental for example would be the mortal plane, whilst dark or light arts from their original planes. Some tend to cross over the blurred line of distinguishing the types so what may seem like elemental baised magic could actually be dark or light," He explained as magic was a subject he knew rather well.
"As to the dream Realm..that is the Void. Human minds can access the void when asleep. Actually any creature can. Wraiths tend to feed off of the energy of people when they sleep. Usually takeing the form of figures int he setting our minds creates. THe dream realm mis a very powerful place of magic...nearly anything can happen there. I am sure if you have dreamed you know just how weird they can turn out."

He looked a little disapoined as he thought it might be a little cool to have his magic come from his demonic or angelic side, but then he didn't know all that much about magic eather. "So what would the elemental magics that could be light or dark?" he asked as he just want to know the difference even if his magic was just elemental magic, he thought it was still cool even if it bit back sometimes.
Ciaran also found it intersting about the dream realm too and in fact it was the void make it sound a little more cooler. Tho for most of the time he really couldn't remember his own dreams.
