"Oh good. I...think that might be best to keep between ourselves." Last thing Elzo wanted was to have Marlo think he was chasing after his date. Romantic or not, a date was a date and you just didn't go after you bro's...hoes. Even if they weren't technically hoes of any sort. And Eve was most certainly not a hoe. Unless she was leading a triple secret life.

At the mention of his love life and negaverse, Elzo's hand shot up and covered Eve's mouth. "Quite!" he hissed, also whispering. "And yes." His eyes flicked around, even looking towards the sky. "...Linarite. I don't know if you've met her but...basically we chose not to fight and well..." he pulled his hand away. "...We just, hung out and eventually...we kissed." The last two words weren't even whispered.

"...I don't kiss every senshi." His mind went to Nemesis and he winced a bit. "Just..some. And besides...It's to prove a point." He groaned, as Eve mentioned the cat that basically could hold anything over Castor's head. "Don't even start. The cat is a b***h. The second that she gets hold of this info, I am dead. No doubt. Dead or I am going to get my a** chewed out. An dI know they kill."
Pushing Eve to a wall, Elzo hissed. "For ******** sake, I've been almost killed. Not once, not twice, but three times. Three times. Astraea has had to save my a** all three times." He groaned. "...But Eve...the thing is...while I know she's evil, that she kills and all that...I still feel for her." He got his face close to her's. "That's why I am basically face sucking anyone who I can. Because, this has to just be some kind of lust. Right? Some stupid spell." He was looking at her like she had an answer, but it was pretty clear.

Elzo was in love, and he didn't want to be.

Looking her deep in the eyes, it was like Elzo might be going in for a round two. It looked like it anyway. He just let his forehead softly fall on her's. "Eve, I have thought about this. Day in, day out. She's like a damn plague in my head. I can't escape thinking about her. She..."
Half rolling have flinging himself away from Eve, Elzo leaned against a wall. "I know I shouldn't but I do. I know it'll end with our heads rolling. Heck, it could even end up as some kind of trap. I....I just feel lost Eve. Like...I don't even know anymore."

"What's the point in fighting for love and truth and all that if I can't even figure out if I love someone or not?" Pausing, Elzo looked to the sky. It was clear, yet you still couldn't see the stars. Damn city lights. "...Do think I should talk to Astraea or something?"

Silently Elzo flexed his cut up hand, blood already drying in certain places. The flexing made him wince and it torn open the thinly congealed blood that had only just sealed the shallow wounds. As the fresh blood bubbled to the surface, Elzo's eyes watched as it ran down his hand, as if transfixed. "...." letting Eve's words sink in, it was like Elzo was trying to find a way to counter the truth they held. Tp try and find some valid argument.

"...I'm going to see her again." Finally, he looked up. "If Astraea, that Negaverse General-d**k Charonite, or whoever opposes...." He stopped flexing his bloody hand. "******** them. I've got to see her, at least one more time. To make sure." He was looking at Eve now, as if daring her to challenge him as well. "Just to make sure."

Bitting his lower lip, Elzo watched as Eve began to walk away. "Wait up!" Catching up to her, Elzo smiled. "Um...I know this may sound odd, but...why don't you come with me? As back up." His smile got wider as he thought about it. "Yeah, that way, if it IS a trap, you can help bail me out! And Astraea won't have to! She won't find out, we all get away safe, and blah blah blah, you know? It's a good idea right?" Elzo liked to forget things. Like how Flora might not be the best back up. His mood seemed to lighten with the idea. To bad his idea sucked.
"Oh....and do you have any band aids? It's actually starting to hurt now." He held up a bloody hand.

"Oh..." Sighing, Elzo had forgotten about that. "I guess these days you'd be in need of more backup then me. Which you can call me for any time, by the way." Her question along with the drop in volume made Elzo go back to a whisper as well, it seemed only appropriate. "Um...a few. But...I dunno. I guess it's just kinda an odd thing to share, let alone ask." He was back to normal voice. Which was just below an outside voice. "I'm a guy Eve. We're no good at this kinda thing. As for Hillworth medical.." He smiled and gazed at the now ruined handkerchief "They pretty much say 'walk it off' after slapping a few band-aids on it. So...This might be alot better!" He laughed and wrapped an arm around her shoulder. "I can still escort you back to the Crystal palace, fair maiden?" His joke was weaker, but, under it, Elzo's grin and normal cocky attitude was there.

"Pegasus? Never met her." He grinned, giving Eve's shoulder a squeeze. Then he went back to a whisper. "So...She kiss as good as you?" Pulling away he laughed. "But yeah, don't mention it to my bro. Or I am so dead. Dead Dead."

Tugging a bit on her makeshift bandage, Elzo's smile was now back fully, as if his inner turmoil had never happened. "You wound me my lady, but if you insist..." Bowing, he got in position.
Then as he rose up, he tossed Eve over his shoulder, careful not to hold her with his bloody hand. "To Crystal!" He was shouting, and running, and poor eve was on his shoulder, and may or may not have been felt up at various points in order so 'she wouldn't fall'.
